Sonder JBR The Walk Apartments in Dubai

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sonder JBR by Marriott! From the moment we checked in, everything felt smooth and welcoming. Our two-bedroom apartment was spacious, perfect for 4 people and had stunning views over JBR and the sea — waking up to that skyline and beach every morning was just incredible.

The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of Jumeirah Beach Residence, surrounded by great cafés and breakfast places, yet still quiet enough to relax. One of the highlights was that we were able to use the pool and facilities at the Rixos Premium Dubai, which made the stay feel even more like a five-star resort experience. The beach right in front of the property is gorgeous, clean and perfect for morning walks or sunset swims.

Overall, it was a truly perfect stay — stylish accommodation, amazing amenities and the ideal spot to enjoy Dubai’s beach life. We’ll definitely come back next time!

I really enjoyed staying at Sonder, the staff was helpful, welcoming and incredibly accommodating at all times! Sonder has an amazing beach and pool directly out front, with good music and amazing service. Also, they have free parking in a parking garage directly below the hotel. When I‘m im Dubai next time, I will stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is great, just a 5-minute walk to the beach and in the heart of JBR. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They were incredibly friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and holding our bags both before check-in and after we checked out, which was a huge help all whilst allowing us to use the gym showers to freshen up and rest.
We did pay extra for the 4 bed apartment with sea view however we didn’t get the Dubai eye in our view as promised which was a let down, we could see part of the sea and another building as our view.
The apartment was huge, cozy of a modern sleek design. Beds were exceptionally comfortable however tv is outdated and can’t open Netflix or YouTube on it just local channels. Staff is amazing and we had an issue with a shower leaking and staff was up in under 5 minutes- asides that excellent service by staff upon check in especially the lady who checked us in morning of the 18th of July- she deserves some credit for giving us a great first impression of this hotel. Iron, washing machine, dryer, kitchen appliances all included!

Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The combination of great location, friendly staff, comfortable amenities, and extra perks makes this hotel a top choice. I will definitely be back and highly recommend it.

It is the best place to stay in JBR area, you are walking distance from multiple restaurants, the promenade and the vibe of the area is just amazing!
We booked a 4 BHK apartment, the view from living hall was mesmerising and rooms were very spacious and clean. The kitchen too was lovely, we stocked it with a lot of snacks and RTEs.
The service is also good, I experienced it when we called the housekeeping staff for specific queries or to resolve minor glitches.. they were prompt and helpful.
The amenities within the property especially swimming pool (3 pools - kids, adults only and a family pool) were really wow. The beach access was another great feature.
Would definitely love to stay here again, best option for a family holiday.

Only minor con is the traffic in the area, that can be annoying sometimes.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom suite and the apartment was spacious, clean and with beautiful views. The amenities were also great with a 24 hour gym, sauna and spa and good options for restaurants on site that also deliver. The pool is shared with rixos and has a fun vibe with great music and a sunken bar. One thing to note though is hotel cleaning is not included and we paid approx £50 for a midweek clean which was not to a great standard. However, not a huge issue and overall we loved our stay!

My family stay here now every time they visit. I think they’ve stayed here at least 8 times now, it is the 2nd time I’ve stayed here - previously stayed at the Sonder Downtown by City Walk. We got the 3 bedroom apartment - which has an extra small single room - on the 35th floor so the views were incredible. The apartments are large, spacious, modern and beautifully designed with everything that you would need. Beds are comfortable and the apartments are very clean - as they’re serviced apartments, for an extra small fee, you can pay for daily cleaning. You can ask for extra towels and other amenities as you need them and staff are usually quick to respond. Set in the Rixos building on JBR so a fantastic location to explore JBR as well as all of Dubai - plus you get to use all of the Rixos facilities. Customer service is excellent and staff are polite, friendly and always willing to assist.

Exactly what we needed for a staycation that felt like home, but with a better view and location. We stayed in the 3-bedroom apartment with a maid's room—perfect for a family that enjoys staying in. The apartment had plenty of space for kids to play, and the facilities were excellent. The gym was nice, and the outdoor/indoor play areas for kids were safe and well-maintained. I’d highly recommend it if you’re looking for a spacious, well-designed apartment in a great location. The only downside was the sofa—it was too small and uncomfortable for an apartment of this size. A larger, more comfortable sofa would’ve been ideal.
