Clean room, great service and breakfast

I recently stayed at AG Hotel Abu Dhabi, and it was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very welcoming, but what made my stay exceptional was the outstanding service provided by Subash.

Subash went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He was always polite, attentive, and genuinely cared about ensuring guests had a great stay. Whether it was helping with luggage, providing local recommendations, or greeting everyone with a warm smile, his professionalism and kindness stood out.

It’s rare to meet someone who makes you feel at home in a hotel, and Subash did exactly that. Because of him, I’ll definitely choose AG Hotel again and recommend it to my friends and colleagues visiting Abu Dhabi.

I’ve known A.G. Hotel on Muroor Road for years, but today was my first time actually booking a room, and I was honestly impressed from the moment I entered.

The location is excellent, right on one of Abu Dhabi’s main roads, yet the hotel is not crowded at all because it’s only five floors. That gives it a boutique-style feel, quiet and comfortable without the noise and rush of large hotels.

Before even reaching my room, I noticed how clean and well-maintained the facilities are. When I opened the room door, the fresh smell alone told a story about how much they care about cleanliness. The furniture looked brand new, clearly renovated with attention to detail.

One thing that truly impressed me, and I’ve never seen it before in any hotel, was the prayer mat. It was freshly washed and placed inside a plastic cover, which shows a high level of care and respect for guests.

Everything I needed was already in the room, accessories, amenities, magazines, and even more than seven bottles of water, which you don’t usually find in many hotels. The room size was very good, and the bathroom was spotless and well equipped.

I also want to thank the reservation team. Subash, who handled my booking, greeted me with a big smile and was very welcoming. You can feel that there is strong management behind the scenes, and I believe a lot of credit goes to the hotel manager, Mr. Bayoumi, for running things so well.

Absolutely, I will come back again, and I will definitely recommend A.G. Hotel to my friends. An exceptional stay from start to finish.

The staff were excellent. It is a 3 star hotel but felt like a 5 star hotel. It is very clean, and the room has upscale features such as iron , iron board, and a safety deposit box. The bathroom has a marble floor. Overall both the room and bathroom have high standards hygiene. I also enjoyed the swimming pool and all the activities and amenities. I usually stay at the Marriott hotel chain but staying at AG hotel felt no difference. I thank all the staff specially Mr. Mohamed Bayoumy for his hospitality, kindness and generosity.

I absolutely love the AG Hotel! Despite its 3.9 rating, my experience was outstanding. The hotel is immaculately clean, offers great pricing, and pays attention to every little detail. The location is perfect, and the staff is incredibly helpful.
