The service and the main person is not professional. I booked one bed there almost 2 weeks prior to the flight and they informed me about some maintenance issues and that they can’t provide me any bed there. I had to struggle and request a lot to get the bed. Actually they had overbooked the property and were not able to manage the guests. I had paid them the full amount at the time of booking.

Good experience staying at this location. The service specially the housekeeping didn’t clean properly. Otherwise it’s good everything is available at arms length.

I would like to formally raise a concern regarding the behavior of a Sri Lankan lady. The manner in which she spoke was highly inappropriate and unprofessional, and I found her language to be vulgar. I request that appropriate action be taken regarding this matter. It's better u fire her for her behaviour, she have no rights to talk to me very rudely as a customer I want to be respected and also she is yelling at me.
Please fire lady staff like this, Such a worst sick minded woman.
Honestly that lady is very bad, better inform her to mind her language.

The only positive point was the location. Otherwise, the room had cockroaches (in the bathroom and even in the kitchen sink). Although I didn't use the towels, they were worn and torn. I don't recommend it at all.

While I appreciate the quality of the rooms, I was disappointed with the level of service provided. The staff attitude did not meet expectations, and I noticed that management policies could use improvement. Specifically, there was no housekeeping available after 9:00 PM, and for longer stays, cleaning was only scheduled every two days, which I find unacceptable. Additionally, there was a lack of water supply after the check-in day, and only one towel was provided per day.
I believe addressing these issues could significantly enhance the guest experience.

The location is good, there are 2 metro stations nearby, and attractions are within walking distance. It's also not far from the airport.
I stayed at the hotel for a week: during this time the bed linen was never changed or the room was cleaned. There was only one towel for the entire stay. There is a lot of dust in the room.
The food was not particularly varied, but it was tasty and satisfying. They should certainly place a possible menu in the room for the guest to choose from.
