We had a brief stay at this hotel during a flight layover, and it was absolutely lovely. The staff’s care for stray cats nearby is truly heartwarming. it’s clear they go out of their way to feed and look after these adorable furry friends. Even the resident cats seemed to welcome guests with their friendly purrs and curious visits! For cat lovers, it’s such a charming touch that makes the stay feel extra special. The room was comfortable and spotless, making our short stay very pleasant. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone who appreciates kind-hearted staff and a love of cats.

The hotel is very old. It's been in dire need of renovation for a while. We stayed overnight, just to catch up on sleep after our flight, so we didn't pay much attention. The room smelled musty. Cleaning was average. The water supply in the bathroom is also unclear: sometimes you have to wait for it to heat up, sometimes it's just hot water. There are tea and coffee facilities and two bottles of drinking water. It's located far from the center. We got there by public transportation—it's long and inconvenient. We'd previously booked a better hotel for this price during a layover in Dubai, and in a much more convenient location. Pros: check-in was immediate, no extra charges (tax), and the bed linens were crisp and white!

We booked a room through Booking.com. The room we got smelled awful. It was a combination of an unpleasant smell from the pipes, mustiness, and dampness. We reported the problem at the reception desk, and after quite a long wait, a man came with a spray bottle and sprayed the room. We don't know if it was safe to sleep in it and what kind of chemical it was, but it certainly didn't solve the smell problem. The hotel did not offer to change the room, and only when we insisted did we get another room. The second room was fine in terms of smell. Unfortunately, the bathtub was dirty, probably with old limescale, there were stains on the carpet, there was dust everywhere, and the kettle was rusty. The hotel should take care to refresh the rooms.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had ever been through. The hotel service absolutely rude. Whatever time you come in before 2pm in their role you can’t check in until 2pm , we had to wait from 4am till 2pm , no matter what we said was all ignored. Not recommended at all never coming back to this hotel

I would like to thank Rajy and Sam (the the front desk) for the exceptional hospitality and service. We spent 3 nights in Crystal Plaza and plan to come more in the future aswell as we have family living close to the hotel. The room and bathroom was clean, the amenities were nice and the coffee shop at the lobby was very fast and delivered straight to the room. As mentioned above, the staff was extremely helpful and professional.

This hotel provided a remarkable experience. The staff were courteous, professional, and attentive, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay. My room was spacious, spotless, and modern, with a comfortable bed and cozy seating area. The bathroom was luxurious and well-equipped with premium toiletries. The hotel’s amenities, including the restaurant, gym, and lounge, were excellent. The overall ambiance was relaxing, elegant, and inviting.
