The Location is Excellent — just next to the metro station and within walking distance of the famous tourist attraction, the Museum of the Future. Overall, everything was very good.
However, thr was one unpleasant experience. I had a night flight and arrived at the hotel feeling extremely exhausted. While waiting for check-in, I lay down on the sofa in the corner to rest. One of the bell staff at the entrance spoke to me in an UNFRIENDLY manner. He asked if I was from China and told me that I could not lie down on the sofa like that. I felt quite UNCOMFORTABLY and UNHAPPY about this interaction.
Overall, the hotel facilities and location are great, but I hope the STAFF can improve their professionalism and customer Service Attitude. Be more understanding Tired Flight overnight for the TOURISTS !!
The bed is a bit small (comparable to Hong Kong), but for a business trip, it's acceptable.
As for breakfast, for my Chinese palate, it was pretty average. Hope they can improve it.
The location is great, close to the subway and also near the Burj Khalifa.
Rooms are slightly on the small size, but still modern and practical
