The hotel is new and modern; however, my stay was severely affected by multiple room defects and poor service handling. The hair dryer in the bathroom was defective, with the cover broken. When I reported this, the engineer came but was unable to fix it and advised me to hold the exposed wire while using the hair dryer, which is a serious safety hazard and i got shock once.

Additionally, the room phone was intermittently not working and could only be used on loudspeaker. As a result, I had to walk down to the lobby every time I needed assistance, which was extremely inconvenient.

The complimentary shuttle bus service was also poorly managed. The concierge staff emphasized that the shuttle was “not under their control” and that any issues were not their responsibility. I was told to wait and that an announcement would be made when the bus arrived. I ended up waiting for more than 50 minutes, with no announcement and no staff present to assist. There was no communication or support provided at all.

Overall, while the property looks new, the lack of maintenance, safety concerns, and poor service coordination made this stay unacceptable. Will not book with them again.

I honestly did not expect much from this hotel, but it turned out to be excellent.

Yes, the room is quite small, which is typical for ibis-style hotels, but it was clean, quiet, and comfortable — everything you actually need.

What really stands out:
- Perfect location — easily 5/5.
- Very close to the metro, which makes getting around extremely convenient.
- The surrounding area is great: lots of restaurants, business centers, and a lively urban atmosphere.
- Easy access to major attractions — Burj Khalifa, the old city, and the Museum of the Future are all relatively close.

Final thoughts:
If you manage to book this hotel at a good price, it is a very solid option and great value for money.

The hotel is next to the exhibition center, and you can walk to it from the metro station. The Museum of the Future is also within walking distance. It's beautiful here for photos. Getting around is convenient, and the price is affordable. The room is a bit small, and the facilities are a bit old, but the hygiene is pretty good.

In short, the hotel is impeccable, clean, and friendly. Trip.com was very helpful and gave me instant confirmation when I was really tired.

The service was great for both checkin and checkout experience. Great location to go to airport through taxi. The room was clean with overall great vibe but just the hair dryer was very old style.
