Hotels All-inclusive in Dubai

I saw on Xiaohongshu that beach slippers were complimentary, but unfortunately, they weren't – only a beach bag was provided. Dining: The most satisfying part of this trip was the Club Lounge

Upon arrival, we upgraded to a Palm Island view room. The staff were very attentive. Although our room on the 4th floor was a bit low, it was fine. Our child was thrilled to see the pool

While cockroaches in a restaurant are somewhat inevitable, I hope they can try to avoid guests seeing them, especially on new plates that might be used

For breakfast, I highly recommend the G-level area, which is much more suited for Chinese palates, as the club breakfast is English style and the afternoon tea selection is also limited (definitely not recommended)

A big drawback is how huge the hotel is! Both the club and the water park are in the East Tower, but our room was in the West Tower, and it was quite a trek! Especially if you want to go back to your room to shower after playing in the water park, you have to walk through a long, very cold corridor

This time, I felt like the money I spent was worth it for the service I received, and I didn't regret my choice. To be honest, the breakfast selection was pretty average, but the taste was decent

For us it is not a problem to sign the bills during the meals- we have all of the instructions from The Rainbow Tour operator so it is also ok

Our daughter is really happy with the buggy transport- great fun for her. All of our family is really very happy here. The staff is amazing- very friendly and really wants to help

The food is really great- everyone can find something to eat. Big plus for live cooking in the morning

For sure we will come back!Malgorzata Adamiak-Machera

The service was good however some room service staff had hygiene issues and there was some confusion in our original booking, and we got an upgrade! Which was a nice gesture specially taking along with us 2 toddlers

The room was quite and clean with a huge balcony

We were highly impressed by the amazing hotel structure, the superb attention to detail, and the fact that our room was enormous. The food selection was also plentiful. What truly makes this hotel a gem is the staff

Our kids enjoyed aqua park so much that we spent all our free time floating in “lazy river”. Breakfast is so good and there were lots of various cousins to select from

Can recommend to try Thai food restaurants at evening

Had an amazing stay at the Grand Hyatt Dubai! Everything was top-notch—from the super-friendly staff to the spotless rooms and peaceful vibe

Excellent hotel. I've stayed at Grand Hyatt many times, and it always guarantees quality.

In terms of location, the hotel has good accessibility, with easy access to places like Wafi Mall, whether by taxi or ride-hailing apps. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the stay feel more pleasant

The facilities themselves are attractive and well designed, making it easy to understand why the hotel became such a landmark in Dubai

I had an amazing stay at **FIVE Palm Jumeirah** — everything about this hotel is truly awesome! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the beautiful property, vibrant atmosphere, and stunning views

had a really great experience with Yoon. From the moment I arrived, everything felt welcoming, professional, and well taken care of. The attention to detail and the level of service truly stood out

New opened Restaurant Jade offered a beautiful Christmas dinner. Cocktails as well were really nice selected. The ambiance is nice and with an eye for the detail, you feel like sitting in an Asian garden

I felt welcomed and well taken care of from start to finish. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai and I’m definitely looking forward to coming back again!

The food and drinks are delicious, fresh, and well presented, with a great variety to choose from. Overall, it’s a perfect place to relax, enjoy great service, and spend quality time in a beautiful setting

The food was outstanding, the best quality & choice we have ever experienced. The hotel staff work so hard in the restaurant & behind the beach bars. Thank you Riu for a nice stopover

The staff were always a step ahead an so helpful, making sure we had everything we needed in the room and by the pool. The pool was busy, but well controlled, and all children were directed to the shallower pools

My wife and I vacationed there in September 2025. Now we know we can safely go there with our child. The level of service and comfort is 5. When other hotels open nearby, the Rick will definitely become a 5

The waterpark was actually so fun too! As two adults, we never thought we’d be running circles to go down the slide. The staff looked like they enjoyed laughing at my fear as much as I did going down them

So many options for breakfast, lunch and dinner, including vegetarian and vegan options, if that’s your thing. Honestly still think about these buffets now that I’m home

Could not talk any higher about this venue if my life depended on it. The service was impeccable, and there was always a drink in my hand without needing to ask

What really stood out to me were the staff at camp safari! Caroline and Sophie you really made my daughter's holiday! They truly are an asset to your team. Thank you for everything we can't wait to come back 💖

Although it's not on Palm Jumeirah but on another island, this hotel is truly outstanding. For a family stay, the value for money is far superior to hotels on Palm Jumeirah or in the city center

There are several restaurants, all serving breakfast, and a wide variety of dinner options. The service is attentive and enthusiastic; they upgraded our room and proactively greeted our children

We also appreciated the snack area offering hot dogs, fries, popcorn, and pizza, which was perfect when we wanted something quick and light between meals

We stayed at Centara Mirage Beach Resort for 10 days and had a very enjoyable experience overall. The resort is extremely family-friendly, and our children were entertained throughout the stay

The staff truly deserve special mention — everyone was kind, welcoming, and always smiling. Their friendliness made us feel comfortable and well taken care of from the moment we arrived

While we appreciate their diligence, if a guest is sleeping and has put a 'Do Not Disturb' sign on the door, and even if housekeeping doesn't knock, customer service still calls the guest to ask if they'd like their room cleaned

They also accommodated my late check-out request without any hassle or drama, which is rare in many places. So far, this is one of the few hotels where customer requests are handled efficiently without much issue

The whole point of the DND sign is *not* to be disturbed, yet I still receive a call! Despite this, we appreciate their consistent dedication, and we look forward to staying with them again soon, God willing

Whether it was assisting with our check-in, providing local recommendations, or making sure everything was perfect during our stay – Chat handled it all with professionalism and genuine care

One thing that stood out is that you can request a plate with proper utensils from the hotel, which many other hotels usually don’t provide unless you order room service

Value for money, and also the friendly service you get is next to none. Thank you so much, and I will definitely use your services.

I enjoy the kind reception when I arrive. The rooms are a bit old, but I don’t mind much as a solo traveler. The proximity to the mall, and good restaurants is a big plus, and the main reason I keep returning.

The contact number posted on social media was not answering despite several attempts. We were only able to secure a reservation by calling the hotel directly and asking to be transferred to the restaurant

We had a great dining experience at Le Murooj Restaurant. The food was excellent — from the cold cuts and live roast to the fresh breads, fruits, and desserts. Everything was well-prepared and enjoyable

Access to the restaurant was slightly challenging due to ongoing road works, but it was still manageable to enter, so not a major issue. The only real concern we faced was with making a booking

I had the pleasure of visiting for brunch this weekend. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming perfect for a relaxed weekend meal. Our server, Elsie, Mya & May, was fantastic

The room was really spacious, bigger than my own home, and it even had three bathrooms, so everyone in the family could use one at the same time. The kitchen was quite convenient to use

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pristine environment. Five stars all the way special thanks to Ibrahim who did a good job with the cleaning 🔥

After a long search, I finally picked this hotel, and it definitely didn't disappoint! · Hygiene: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Spotlessly clean, no corner missed

I had everything I needed to make my stay wholesome

I think this hotel is suitable for everyone want to stay at all time in hotel , everything is in room and in hotel. View of hotel is very nice and pool in room is very good.

I booked this hotel because of unusual room plan - a buthtub next to a see-through walls etc. the room design is nice, shampoo, shower gel are of a good quality with a nice smell. But the size of the rooms is small

The good thing about this hotel is a party ambience - there is a new event every day - pool parties, afro beats parties in the night club on the first floor. A number of bars and clubs right in the hotel building

Resort is like a city itself with amazing facilities and activities and much more fun for kids. We celebrated birthday for our little one and they gave us complimentary room upgrades and cakes and baloons

What makes the stay truly special is their amazing staff who are always ready to help you with anything anytime. They have free buggy service as well to go around or to any facilities as well

Breakfast at Ibn Majid was delicious

When we asked about early check-in and late checkout, we were told it was not guaranteed and that the hotel was “fully booked,” followed by a surprising claim that early check-in typically costs 400 AED

Upon reaching our room, we found an unappealing view and waited over 15 minutes for our bags. When we went back to reception, another staff member, much more helpful, assisted us with a room change

something I’ve never encountered before. When we requested more clarity about the hotel’s facilities and locations, we were simply told to “check the paper,” which felt unhelpful and abrupt

It was amazing! The staff are so attentive and respectful! The food was amazing and the pool vibes are another level! Loved the entire experience

Great location, great service, amazing gym. Mixed crowd of wannabe influencers

Brilliant … staff Suraj , Aruna and Dipak made my stay memorable . Thank you to them , top place to stay

The reception is ultra fast and I must point out a female person from Kazakhstan who was the most professional receptionist I have ever met (I think her name was Inaya or something like that) RESPECT

The Five Luxe JBR Hotel is quickly taking over the title of the most glamorous hotel in JBR with an aspect of good entertainment and vibes with top bars and quality food

Tv programs are limited but i guess why seat in the room to watch tv when you have so much to do 😂

This hotel is definitely not suitable for families with children or light sleepers. The bar downstairs from the restaurant was incredibly loud and didn't quiet down until midnight

You can spend the whole day in the hotel, swimming pool, gym, restaurants and bars. The room is little small, but very functional with a lot of shelfs

It is very good hotel goood location but the thing is the refrigerator just to keep room temperature the drinks

Even though our room was a bit too cold for us (we tend to get cold easily), and we had to sleep in their bathrobe, they were still very understanding, even though it couldn’t be fully resolved

The first and second floors are open-plan offices, which is a bit odd, and the shower design is a complete miss – it feels like you're showering in a public space

The hotel is clean and beautiful, and the service is great. The location is perfect, and the staff are friendly, helpful, and super quick. Highly recommended!

During that time, my child accidentally left a bracelet and a smart watch on the coffee table in the lobby, but the staff kindly found them and returned them to us. Getting a taxi right outside was very convenient

The Museum of the Future is a short walk away, while Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall require a taxi. Overall, it's a very convenient place to stay

The room has a washing machine, but the detergent dispenser wasn't very clean, so I ended up not using it. It would have been even more convenient if the washing machine was usable

The suite i have rented was big and furnished well. Ideal for travelers on budget and travelers for long period. Around it a lot of restaurants and coffee shops

There's no airport shuttle service, but the service was excellent and the staff were wonderful. They arranged a high-floor room for us

Plus, the hotel is right next to the Red Line metro station, which makes getting around incredibly convenient – excellent value for money! The front desk service was also fantastic; they even had our luggage delivered directly to our room

Location is convenient if you want to stay in Deira near Gold Souk and the metro. The hotel is a bit old compared to newer Dubai hotels, but service and cleanliness are very good

Breakfast was also nice with many options. Overall, good value for money if you want a 5-star hotel in Deira area. Recommended for business trips and family stays

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency Dubai! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was top-notch

Good hotel and frendly !! And it's pretty clean, the location is in a good central location

Stayed at Hyatt Regency Deira recently. Overall it was a good experience. The rooms are spacious and clean, staff is polite and helpful, and the hotel has good facilities like a pool, gym, and restaurants

It has everything a five-star hotel should have; even in an Arab country, the minibar offers Tennessee whiskey 🥃, which is a big plus. The hotel is very close to the metro station, making transportation convenient

The food was absolutely delicious, with a diverse menu offering something for every palate. The service was attentive and friendly, adding to the overall enjoyment of the meal

Stayed for business porpoises and some leisure time as well. Bit far from DBX and main attractions. Big plus they have a shuttle bus to one of the beaches. Stayed in room with two bathrooms and a king size bed, amazing

Situated in the heart of the city, it was within walking distance of many attractions, shops, and restaurants, making it incredibly convenient for exploring everything the area has to offer

Excellent hotel, superior food and very friendly &helpful staff. A bit far from the City, but well communicated by public transport (however Marina or JBR are relativelynearby)

Everything was clean as it should be. Nice swimming pool area to rest. Stuff was very nice and friendly, helpful whenever needed

Now under renovation, but working (all facilities available!) and that works are not disturbing at all. and now first day after renovation! beautiful! Just opened Nomad cafe is a great place to unwind a bit

My room was spacious, and the bed and bathroom were large and well laid out. The restaurant and gym are great. Staff were helpful and friendly.

The best part is the service; every staff member is warm, friendly, and proactive in offering help. There are coolers filled with bottled water for guests at all the shuttle bus stops within the park

You can choose from four different parks, and they're all fantastic – my child is already begging to go back! The resort also has a swimming pool, a lazy river, a splash area for kids, a football field, and various other recreational facilities

The resort environment is excellent, with lush greenery and birds singing, making it feel like Southeast Asia. The room and bed are also very comfortable, and the breakfast is rich and varied

Everything about this hotel is great, and the staff's attitude is particularly good. They provide theme park tickets based on the number of guests and days of stay, which is very convenient.

This king-sized room might seem expensive at first, but it's actually incredible value. For our family of three, it essentially gives us a theme park experience for a whole day

The hotel is centrally located with easy access to the Metro Station a few hundred meters away, as well as other landmarks and points of interest. I will definitely consider staying here again for future trips

Phenomenal stay! The absolute highlight was the Level 43 Sky Lounge – the view is simply unbeatable and the atmosphere is top-notch. Great rooms with big balcony, view on Sheikh Zayed Road to explore Dubai

First thanks Gusta and Nafeesah from front desk. Their check in was smooth and they were really kind to do our request

Beds are extremely comfortable and metro is about 7 minutes walk. If you don’t have a lot of luggage , can take the metro from the airport to the hotel. To Burj Al Khalifa is only one metro stop

I stayed here with my family. The staff were very kind, and the location was excellent. It’s very close to the subway, and there are many fast food restaurants near the hotel.

My first trip to the UAE started off amazing with my stay in Dubai! The front desk guy heard it was my first visit and generously upgraded me to the second-best suite

I would like to sincerely thank all the staff for their exceptional service, kindness, and professionalism. Everyone was welcoming and always ready to help, which made the experience even more special

## Warm & Inviting The room was beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches that made it feel incredibly cozy and relaxing, just like being at home

My stay at W Dubai hotel was absolutely wonderful. It was truly one of the best hotel experiences I have had in Dubai

The hotel was beautiful, the atmosphere was relaxing, and every detail was thoughtfully arranged to ensure comfort and luxury

## Peaceful & Secure The surrounding area was quiet, and the excellent soundproofing meant I had a truly restful night's sleep

I highly recommend W Dubai hotel to anyone visiting the city, and I look forward to staying here again in the future

The daily service is perfect, The entire staff makes a good impression. We had friendly conversations with the executive lounge staff and they provided excellent service

Their attentive and positive attitude made the entire experience feel comfortable and enjoyable, adding a personal touch that truly stood out

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always greeting guests with warm smiles and offering help whenever needed

We stayed for a month and every day was pleasant. I will be back to stay again

Nice hotel. So quiet. Friendly staff. Available groceries for needed staff.

I came here to relax and stay for a while and it did not disappoint. The pool on top is actually very nice and the view was good

Special Thanks to Robellin the room Service lady who was so kind and helpful And Prasad from housekeeping department who was so professional and caring along with all staff from reception to bell boys

Very good hospitality provided. I also enjoyed complementary Spa services at their opposite building as part of my stay package (not requested = offered by the hotel) Highly recommended and much appreciated

Maybe a free Cocktail a day at the Pool would be nice with all inclusive but overall we really like the Hotel. Coming Back again and thanks for all

Having a background in hospitality myself, I was thoroughly impressed by this. It is a fantastic example of empowering front-line employees to drive incremental revenue while providing high-value service

It was very nice and pleasant, the staff cleaned the room every day which was good for me who is obsessed with cleanliness. The breakfast was good and the corridors always smelled clean

I also want to commend the young lady at the Club Lounge (a new staff member from Myamar); she was incredibly friendly and diligent in managing both check-ins and the food supply
