The hotel is located in strategic area.near the Mursheed Bazaar for garments and shoes, crockery etc and near Baniyas Metro station. The Breakfast was excellent.

Very close to Gold Souq. There are restaurants around. There is a swimming pool on the terrace floor. The hotel reception helps with everything. The rooms are clean and useful. This is usually my choice in Dubai.

That's my 4th time here and it has been always great. Extremely convenient location, a few steps away from Gold Souk subway station, with easy access to downtown and to the airport. Even after midnight, when the subway is closed, bus C01 still links the hotel to/from airport terminal 3 all night long. Great overall experience. The rooms were of really good size and loved the pool, the gym and the restaurans. The beds were fantastic. The staff was amazing, always eager to assist and always with a smile. The breakfast and dinner were really nice with local and global dishes. Excellent hotel location neer from alras metro station 2 minutes walk ,neer from gold souq,perfume souq and other useful places,wide rooms area with creek view, excellent room service the staff was very kind and co-operative they gave me bigger room than I have reserved without more payment .

Very nice staff and enviornment

Very kind and helpful stuf. We had a family room with two bathrooms. They provide towels, hair dryer, little shampoo, shower gel, lotion and also a little tooth brush with tooth paste. The shower and water pressure was good. The breakfast was very good. Location is not great, but its still fine. If you use metro, you will need around 10 minutes from hotel to metro station. Overall, it was a good experience

The staff were very helpful. They had a self self desk for bags but they still helped us. They even ordered us a taxi to out next destination.

There is no door step services allow for any thing Example for food delivery etc

The hotel's infrastructure is really great. But they need to improve their facilities and service little more. The room service is great. One thing I didn't like that they didn't check regularly if all appliances are working in the room or not, we had to inform them after check in that this things are not working. But then it was fixed. Otherwise great hotel.

It has a swimming pool,gym and sauna and they do tours around Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The staff are great even though some can be rude and the food it great. But overall it is nice!!

I liked the price and the room was more than enough for solo traveller. The location is good as it is nearby Metro station but not the main line of metro. it is far from city center. You have to take 2 metros to reach the city centre and all famous attractions. However It is nearby the airport

It's okay, but the toilet lid had some stains, the shower was leaking, we weren't able to set the water cold enough. However, they were helpful and there's a good cantina at the entrance.

We actually booked the other hotel but we had been told that the hotel was fully booked. We was transferred to this hotel. The room was small. The staff were accommodative to our request - hot water and hair dryer as water kettle is not available in the room. There is room of improvement on cleanliness. The room was decent for the price we paid. Very affordable price range. Its super close to metro so that makes it accessible for everything. There was a concern with bugs but when highlighted they immediately checked on it. Service is good, they attend to things immediately.

You get what you pay for. Staff can be trained to be more courteous to customers. Security wise, the hotel can do better. The room I was staying, the second lock was not working and the key card was faulty. They had to give me a physical key to open the door. The hotel is located at a busy street lined with shops but I couldn’t find a restaurant within 5 mins of walking.

What a great place with wonderful experience

This hotel is rated one star (saw that at the entrance) and its not bad. The rooms are fair and are well maintained. It is a 3 floor building with a lift befitting it's size. It has nice interiors in the rooms and good arrangement too. The entrance to the hotel is choked within some shops making it not easily visible. All the same its a nice place to lodge.

Well, for the price it's good. It's safe and relatively close to a metro station. But our room had a relatively dirty feel to it, A/C was loud, and it had some small cockroaches. Be careful with the breakfast eggs, mines were 2 months old, not expired but maybe not refrigerated well because my stomach hurt after.

Hotel is located near metro train station, intercity bus terminal and congested markets. Rooms are simple, clean and have all necessary facilities. Its a good value for money. Breakfast is included in the room rent and has fixed menu of 4 slices of bread with butter, jam, 2 boiled eggs and two cups of tea.

We flew in to Dubai from Australia early in the morning for a three day stay en route to Spain. Florida al Souq welcomed us and arranged early check in. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Florida al Souq is a great place to stay in the older part of Dubai with lots of places to eat nearby. Also only a short distance on the metro to and from the airport.

Amazingly comfortable bed, nice design, clean, friendly staff and reasonable prices. The location is also good, it's very close to the metro and the district is good.

The best thing about this hotel is its neighbourhood. The hotel is basic with no complementary water and tea coffee kit. Bit out dated in infra but will do if you are alone or on a business trip where you just need to sleep in the night.

Actually we tried the restaurant. It has a great variety of selections of all types of food. Arabic, Indian, Chinese, Srilankan, and everywhere else.

It's a good place to stay in winter during high season and not very expensive. It cost me 160 dirhams a night. The rooms are always clean and the staff will help with any questions. The metro is very close, close to the gold market. There is a 24 hour supermarket nearby and 24 hour cafes
