The rooms were generally good, but it was incredibly noisy, making it completely unsuitable for a business trip. Every night, I could hear loud club music. One night was particularly outrageous; at 11 PM, the banquet hall downstairs was still blasting music for a party that the entire hotel could hear. When I called to complain, they said it was a wedding and would be over in 15 minutes, showing a complete disregard for other guests' comfort. We had two twin rooms booked, but were given king-sized beds instead, and the hotel refused to acknowledge their mistake. Even after we repeatedly expressed our dissatisfaction and showed them our English booking confirmation (for twin rooms), they still insisted we contact our booking agent. We finally compromised and got an extra bed, but by then it was already 2 AM.

What a delightful Christmas lunch buffet at the Mövenpick Hotel – The Fountain! The service at Somerset’s bar is unmatched! We were attended by Ansiva Vaz who was attentive, ensuring we had everything without being overbearing. She offered great suggestions and made the whole experience special. The atmosphere was perfect for a relaxed evening. Their staff Severa,Sky Himanshu,Javed and Ansiva are super friendly. You can tell customer satisfaction is a priority here. A must-visit!

Samtath,Abid, Anthony and Farrih babu they are very good cleaners, I loved their superb service provided, and they have provided me the best suggestions for all my concerns. I am so glad to have my cleaning service get done by them. Every corner of the room was spotless, fresh and perfectly arranged.

I had an incredible time at this bar! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and vibrant. The staff were friendly, attentive, and really seemed to enjoy what they do. My drink was perfectly made — balanced, flavorful, and served quickly even though the place was busy. The music and overall vibe made it easy to relax and enjoy the night. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this spot to friends. Absolutely a five-star experience! Specially Ansiva,Sky,Himanshu ,Sevara and Javed . Great team

This hotel not far from Al Nasr sport hall. 10 minutes walk. We had competition there. That’s why we chose this location. Airport Dubai also not so far.
Hotel is old, many rooms have smell. First we got room with broken AC, it was like sauna. Good that they gave us another room, we had choice between 3 rooms(only one of them was without bad smell).
Bed was very comfortable. I especially liked the down pillows and blankets
There was a lot of Indian food at breakfast. We stayed 5 nights and 2 times we had indigestion, after we stopped eating this food, we ate only tea with cake.
In general it wasn’t so bad and staff was friendly and helpful but I don’t think that I will come back to this hotel.
