This is a good hotel with excellent facilities. It is conveniently located next to a shopping mall — not a large one, but still quite adequate. However, the staff did not appear to be well trained. At check-in, the reception did not request a room deposit, and later staff came to our room to remove the minibar, which was unexpected and not the level of service one would anticipate from a five-star hotel. Their stated standards seem to be ahead of their actual service delivery.

I really enjoyed my experience here. The place was beautiful, comfortable, and very relaxing. The service was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean and well organized, and the overall atmosphere was رائع. I would definitely recommend it and would love to visit again😊

We were given a room on the 6th floor with amazing views, including a distant view of the Burj Khalifa. Ctrip stated that breakfast started at 6 AM, but it actually begins at 7 AM. There's complimentary valet parking, and two gas stations are conveniently located near the hotel (a good tip for rental cars: fill up the night before if you're returning the car at the airport the next day). The breakfast had many made-to-order options and tasted great. The hotel's environment is superb, right next to a mall and a Carrefour supermarket. I regret not staying an extra day!

What a delight to stay at such an iconic brand hotel. The service is wonderful, all the staff were so pleasant and obliging but not over the top. We had a beautiful room on the ninth floor which was so comfortable. The food from breakfast through to evenings was faultless and we could want for nothing more. The pool area, sauna & change rooms were exceptionally clean and well maintained. All in all our experience was memorable for all the right reasons, so from our point of view, Raffles is a fantastic establishment for a couple to relax and be pampered, if that’s what your choices are.

Visited Raffles Nov - took the wife and two kids. Hotel is impressive. Service is very good and all staff are very welcoming.
Harka assisted us regularly, always with a smile, a kind gentleman.
Had two young kids but always made welcome, the lifeguard was fantastic helping my son in the water, special mention to him.
I would recommend for all types of clients here the services are to a very high standard and you have everything you could need.
Food quality was very good, plenty of concierge services and 24/7 room service.
Pool and Spa area was good, and easy going, very clean and good facilities generally.
Family friendly, and good options.
Connected to the Wafi Mall which is very useful and has no large chain fast food options so great for a cheap lunch that isn’t super unhealthy! Was helpful with the kids in avoiding McDonald’s, kfc etc.
Fairly close to the Airport, and can hire a car or get taxi to anywhere really as most places were reachable for a reasonable price.
Overall I found it to be a good value for money stay and the staff do go above and beyond! Even the cake for my kids at the end from the two lovely ladies in the guest relations team, a very kind gesture and thoughtful.
Good breakfast buffet, good lunch options and dinner options plenty with extensive menus.

The hotel's location is convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the metro station. The ancient Egyptian style is very unique, and the rooms are spacious with excellent views of the Dubai skyline. Breakfast is à la carte and very tasty. The facilities are complete, and the service is attentive, truly befitting a seasoned five-star hotel.
