The food was really great, the staff were outstanding, and the service throughout was exceptional. The pool area was beautiful and relaxing, everything about the stay was perfect. We couldn’t find a single thing to fault.
Highly recommend the Sheraton Grand Dubai — we’ll definitely be back!
My first room had an issue with shower. The pressure of water was very low that you could barely take shower and it would take minimum 30-45 mins in order to take complete shower. After 3rd night I asked them to change my room because of that. They gave me another room. On the middle of the night around 2:30-3AM I woke up with heavy cigarette smell in my room which was smoke free facility. I called and complained. So, the security and the manager in charge came to my room to confirm and I after that they changed my room one more time. Now I was in my 3rd room in 4th day. I post the photos of my uninvited guest at that room. When I woke up on my 5th day being at this hotel I saw a cockroach running around in my room. That was the moment I decided to leave. And worse when I asked for my remaining nights reimbursement they refused to pay me back.
I’m sure that I won’t go back and stay at this hotel anymore, and it’s up to you whether you wanna stay there or not. Maybe you get better experience than mine.
The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the breakfast, which offered a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. From fresh fruits to delicious pastries and hot dishes, there was something for everyone.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its great location, friendly service, and excellent breakfast selection!
