I recently stayed at Novotel and had a really comfortable experience. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very well maintained. The atmosphere of the hotel was calm and relaxing, which made the stay even better.

A special thanks to Usman for his excellent service and friendly attitude. He was very helpful and made sure everything was perfect during our stay. Staff like him truly make a difference.

Good choices of food.
We came a bit late but they allowed us to take enough before closing, thank you to Lily she is excellent.

Kitchen just needs to double check the dishes as there are still some coffee stains in the cups, probably because these are washed thru dishwasher.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at the hotel. The staff were extremely polite, professional, and very well mannered. As a pleasant surprise, they even upgraded our room, which made our stay even more special. The room was excellent, and we were fortunate to get a beautiful ocean/harbour facing view. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I truly appreciated the hospitality.

The rooftop pool offers views of the Burj Khalifa area, and breakfast is just okay. The room was clean and tidy. You need to request toiletries and disposable slippers from the hotel. Valet parking is available. For the price in Dubai, it's pretty good value for money!

The hotel staff are great! Attentive and polite. The room was clean but the bathroom felt a little bare. No amenities are provided unless you request. The bathroom and room were clean. Only downside being the carpet . The water in the shower also only seems to be hot or medium hot so beware. Our room was on floor 3 which didn’t have a view and it was noisy because of cars from the highway and the street.

Great hotel will recommend. Ps they have a shuttle service to Dubai mall and kite beach. The view from the pool is great!

Waited 6 hours as we arrived 8am. But to get the room we still have to argue. Upon entering the room. No toiletries and slippers.

I was staying in Room 903 and traveling with the Singapore group. Overall, my stay was very good and truly enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, the lobby staff made us feel welcome, especially William, who was extremely helpful, polite, and professional at all times. The housekeeping team consistently did an excellent job keeping my room clean and comfortable throughout the stay. I would also like to specially mention the engineer, Chandan, who was very professional and efficient in taking care of my friend’s room. His prompt assistance and positive attitude were greatly appreciated. The entire team contributed to a pleasant and memorable stay.
