Facilities: The hotel is a small villa complex with no elevator, but it does have a swimming pool, gym, shopping mall, and restaurant. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was quite good; the room was cleaned daily

Second time we’ve stayed here, rooms need updating as some are better than others but all in all a great stay…pool is nice and the staff are lovely Sanderson’s is good for breakfast too

Our family enjoyed a quiet weekend night at the Andalus Al Seef Hotel.  We appreciated getting the pool-view room we requested, and the peaceful atmosphere was a welcome change

The pool area was very comfortable and perfect for a vacation. However, on the day we checked in, we were given the wrong room type – not the one with a bathtub as requested through Ctrip

We spend only two nights, price wise after all very convenient. Nice the fact , that have some restaurant and shops very close including a mall

Great things about the hotel include Location- Although one can get taxis easily everywhere in Dubai, in rush hours or small trips you can take the metro which is convenient and quick with a little bit of walk we didn't mind

Food and service - We opted for the breakfast with the room and the food was tasty, quickly served and very convenient for us as we were traveling with kids and we're able to get them a good breakfast before heading out

Our checkin was smooth & convinient led by Angeline on the Reception. There are two supermarkets right at the back entrance. Overall great service & location

Very nice hotel, conveniently close to the airport. Praveen did a great job taking care of the room. The pool is fantastic, with different levels that the kids loved. There are plenty of shaded areas to stay cool

A special mention to the breakfast buffet — great variety, delicious spread, and live counters that add a nice touch. The pool and fitness center are well-equipped for unwinding after a tiring day.

Pool area is nice. I got a suite and it was very spacious. However the kitchen had no cutlery and plates/pans. The Aircon temperature was also not adjustable. Had a nice balcony.

I booked superior king n got upgraded to nice, neat and spacious one bedroom suite. Location convenient with 5 mins walk to metro station, and only two stops to airport. Surrounding vibe is good.

The location is excellent just a few minutes to the metro station making it convenient to get around Dubai. The breakfast was impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious options

Saeed is everything you want at a hotel front desk: genuinely friendly, welcoming, and incredibly efficient. He made our check-in process seamless—it was quick, easy, and we were in our room in no time at all

If you want to swim in the sea, you'll have to take a buggy to another location, which is the biggest disappointment about this hotel

A significant drawback is that it currently lacks its own private beach due to ongoing construction in front of the property

As 4 star hotel it is just accepted stay the main point need to enhanced is :, Food taste quality it is really not that good it is less than accepted

This hotel has a private beach perfect for sunbathing. Every day at 5 PM, there's a complimentary boat shuttle to Palm Jumeirah, which is great for taking photos

Because I needed extra mineral water and towels, they proactively left an additional 2 bottles of water and extra towels when cleaning the room

We are right next to the kids friendly lagoon pool (we just found out there are two lagoon pools) and the daycare facility which our baby enjoys. There is also a splash pad for kids

We spent 2 particularly beautiful weeks at the Park Hyatt Dubai. The room and bathroom are very large, well-kept and the housekeeping staff were super professional, they always fulfilled all our wishes

The management just brought me a large fresh fruit plate along with a card addressed to me saying they hope I am feeling better, And if I need anything, just let them know! Soooo sweet! My family and I are more than happy of how the staff and managers are taking care of us! Thank you so much and we will definitely book this Ramada Inn next time we come to Dubai!!!

I was disappointed because I arrived early after a long flight I waited at the lobby which I had no problem for being early but felt sleepy at the lobby the security asked me to don’t fall sleep or leave the hotel lobby even though I was waiting for the room Very disappointed I couldn’t force myself to stay awake so I went outside walking around to keep awake that messed up my whole day

Great location, right in the city center, but it's not cheap, and the room isn't very big. The breakfast selection isn't extensive either, so it's not great value for money.

The strongest point of Aloft Dubai Creek is that it is found in a mall. Location is a plus point and a minus. Plus for people who wish to have a quiet stay, away from the hustle and bustle of the centre

Breakfast was great, with a variety of options. A special shout out to Mohsin and Adrian, who, on top of being quite hospitable,, after couple of days, learnt how I took my coffee and made it without fail

The only negatives were noise at the pool from the street and unsatisfactory service at the bar at at the pool which I hear is an independent franchise

Minus, because it is a bit of a drive from the main attractions, like Marina area, Burj Khalifa, Gold souk, etc. Service was good, but could be better

The main pool is about 160 cm deep, which may not be ideal for shorter guests or those who cannot swim, but the children’s area was great and our kids really enjoyed it

We arrived quite late we were traveling with two small children and the staff immediately took care of our car, luggage and made sure we had something to eat, which we really appreciated

Several small things could have been improved during my stay. The staff and facilities did not seem prepared during high season: From towel shortages at the pool & at the beach to broken thermostats in the room

Location of this hotel is very good - next to the private beach. On the private beach you can use hotel sunbeds for free as well as towels. There are 2 pools and one jacuzzi

clean, nice, but not the level of Hilton. Restaurant menu very poor and the food is so so. the beach at 5 stars, but the pool is not very small for such a hotel. the price matches the quality.

Beautiful surroundings, definitely allows for all your stress to “evaporate”. Front desk staff are lovely, well mannered. The rooms are large, and homey. The views and the beach are what make me love this place the most

The restaurants in the resort were a disappointment in terms of options and quality of ingredients; I'd recommend popping over to the other hotels near-by. I don't think it's worth another visit during high season

The beach was pretty good though, with sun beds comfortably spaced out and very clean waters

They even have their bus service to the beach. They have Sauna, Swimming pool and even clubs

I wasn’t happy with the hotel at first, but Ana, the Guest Relations, completely changed my experience. She moved me to a quieter, higher floor for free and even arranged a late takeaway breakfast

Our suite was really spacious, with a large and comfortable bed. We didn’t notice any noise, even though we had been warned about it beforehand

The negatives- North and West facing rooms face a busy road or a busy intersection or a Mosque. Very tired rooms with ineffective double glazing. The rooms we were shown didn't look like the photos

We changed rooms and some of the non-smoking rooms we were shown smelt of stale smoke. Average buffet breakfast with poor service. Horrible cheap scratchy razor in the bathroom

Movenpick Dubai creek- definitely not 5*. ) Thankfully we only stayed one night after coming from staying at the incredible Conrad Towers in Abu Dhabi

Too much noisy, due yo heavy season all rooms were booked. They allocated my room in the first floor which is bar and night club in the same floor.

The gym and pool are very old one Please note that if you are family traveller go back and never look here, the swimmimg pool and gym connected to spa and massage centre, the area is not good as the appearance of massage girls feels something fishy , 2 outside guys with spa girl smoked inside gym and made loudy noises around and made discomfort as i am non smoker while i made workout at gym

Although we arrived early, the staff assisted us with an early check-in to a room with a beautiful view. The room itself was spacious enough for our large suitcases, and the bed was very comfortable

When I checked in they gave me an upgrade to a bigger room, which was really nice of them but after we got to the room and it’s was sorting so many things the hot water didn’t work properly, the hand shower and tap didn’t work the technician tried fixing and it was a bit better, than the air-con in the bedroom was a trouble I was so jet lagged that I just slept but when I woke up I realised it was...

We arrived quite late, but Dilki at the front desk was very nice and upgraded us to an executive suite. She also gave us complimentary dinner and breakfast for our child

Arrive earlier to the parks because rides can take up to 2 hours such as Formula Rossa. Best to stay in Abu Dhabi first and then go to dubai

If you plan to use public transportation to Ferrari World and Warner Bros , take bus 102 or 184 but… buses are so crowded anytime

Great place, cozy room, stunning skyline views, heated pool.  Breakfast options were limited though.

The only thing is that toiletries like toothbrushes and slippers aren't automatically refilled; you have to call the front desk to have someone bring them up. Overall, it's still a very good stay
