Cleanliness: Extremely clean. The room was tidied diligently every day, and all the amenities were branded Bvlgari – definitely recommend taking the disposable ones as souvenirs!
Environment: The views are absolutely stunning, easily among the best in Dubai.
What's even more bizarre is that after I reported the incident to the police and they came to my room, they just walked around, ate the chocolates in the room, and then left without offering any help.
The hotel refuses to provide access to the surveillance footage or any investigative assistance. Paying 7000 RMB for one night at a hotel and experiencing such treatment is absolutely disgusting.
Furthermore, the hotel is infested with various cockroaches and ants. It's just too terrible.
