The hotel’s outlook and décor beautifully match the traditional Arabian design. My stay was amazing from start to finish. Valet parking was a huge advantage, especially given the location.
We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a suite overlooking the creek, which we truly appreciated. We arrived much earlier than the check-in time, yet the team happily accommodated us and checked us in early with the upgraded room.
Splendid staff, always smiling, supportive, and professional.
Excellent value for money. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to experience old Dubai with comfort and style.
My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing due to very poor service and facilities.
The breakfast was terrible with hardly any options for Indians. Despite repeatedly asking the staff if anything else could be arranged, nothing was done. For the entire stay, only two types of fruits were available – pineapple and one other fruit. The juices provided were pineapple juice and one more variety, both of which tasted very bad. There was no proper coffee arrangement, and even basic things like plates and serving materials were inadequate and poorly maintained.
The service from the waiters (especially the lady who clears the dinning tables) in the breakfast hall was shocking. They were extremely rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. Overall room service was also very poor.
The rooms smelled bad, and sometimes even the phones in the rooms were not working, which made it difficult to contact reception or room service.
Overall, this hotel offers very poor service, poor hygiene, and poor hospitality. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will not be staying here again.
room service was terrible. Cold food was served and no credit was given a paid hundred dollars on food which was never refunded the morning. Breakfast was also very average.

Breakfast was not so delicious.
The Arabian-themed rooms were luxurious, warm, and cozy — giving a completely different vibe compared to regular hotel rooms. It truly felt like living in an authentic Arabian setting! The hotel is also budget-friendly and includes a buffet breakfast, which was good overall, though I’d suggest adding a bit more variety to the menu.
The location is superb — everything you need is just a short walk away. Shops, markets, the Abra ride, and Old Dubai are all nearby, with much cheaper market rates compared to other areas.
Special mention to Mr. Mohammed Usman, Safety Duty Officer, who handled our checkout very smoothly. He was hardworking, polite, and honestly very sweet — made our experience even better!
All in all, I absolutely loved the stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai. 🌟
