I would especially like to appreciate the housekeeping team for their outstanding work. The room was always clean, well-organized, and fresh, which made my stay even more comfortable. A special thanks to Ashraf from housekeeping for his professionalism, attention to detail, and helpful attitude. He ensured everything was perfectly maintained and was always polite and supportive.
Great service and warm hospitality—highly recommended!
Three things especially stood out to me. First, they kindly arranged an early check-in. Second, the daily bed-making by Than Soe was always done with great care. And when I was not feeling well, they even allowed me to check out late for free, which I really appreciated.
In the evenings, the room service staff were also very gentle and thoughtful. They brought everything to my room and even asked about my condition and if I needed coffee or tea.
Thanks to their warm and sincere hospitality, my stay was very pleasant and memorable.
I would like to personally thank Ms. Saloni for her exceptional service; her thoughtful, soft-spoken demeanor made a lasting positive impression. Equally commendable is Mr. Abdul Rahman, who handled our late check-out request with remarkable grace. We were allowed to stay until 2:00 PM, that too completely unbothered. Our flight was not until 7:00 PM, so they stored our luggage (no extra charges)
Their willingness to accommodate requests when possible is stellar. For this dedication to exceptional service, I will wholeheartedly choose this hotel as my primary accommodation whenever I return to Dubai.
