This hotel is located in a beautiful sport and is very modern. The food and beverages you can get from room service or at the pool bar are a bit pricey but okay for an hotel. The room was clean but nothing to special

I really liked staying at C-Centers. The service here is very good. The staff there is very helpful. I will especially recommend Abdul Qadeer. He has helped a lot and has been a great guide. We also have a Shakeel driver

The hotel met the expectations we had for a 5 star hotel. If you want to stay at the Palm, Jumeirah and enjoy pool and beach activities, this hotel should be on you list

The staff were outstanding from reception lady & Ajit, valet Shakeel & Sheeba, concierge, housekeeping, to the restaurant team. Everyone was professional, friendly, and very attentive

I visited the pool on Saturday and had a fantastic time! The atmosphere was refreshing, with the pool set at the perfect temperature. I enjoyed a drink and some bites, which were all delicious

We stay for 1 night and everything was amazing, the room, the staff, the cleanliness, the pool service was amazing and beautiful view, the restaurant and we went to the seven sports bar and the team was kind, the housekeeping was very quick for all the requested and the most kind Assistant Manager “Chan”, he gave us the best service

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel it’s very clean the staff very friendly they upgraded our room to a one bedroom apartment it has a fully equipped kitchen, the infinity pool on the roof has an amazing view, there is another pool near the beach and it’s very nice too The breakfast was great a lot of variety

Super hotel! It has its own beach in the city center and a really cozy atmosphere. Definitely recommend it.

For example, we came for the New Year holidays, so on New Year's Eve, the administration completely blocked the entrance to the beach of the hotel from where the Burj Khalifa was visible and demanded money for watching fireworks if there was no reserve table in their restaurant

This was evident from check-in all the way through to the general service, housekeeping, restaurant staff, and even the pool area attendants. Their genuine warmth came from the heart, without any expectation of a tip

In addition to the three pools, the hotel has a very nice beach, gentle, safe for children. The fish live right by the shore

Paid 285 aed for it( Just to compare, for the same money we had an amazing food experience in steik restaurant in umbrella beach, with wagyu beef tartar, chicken souvlaki and two salads, sides and drinks! - There is no place to enjoy evening entertainment

The beach access area is a bit small, yet the swimming pools are quite big and nice. The room is beautiful with a nice view yet it had a bit of a smell in the bathroom

Regarding accessibility, my biggest disappointments were pool access (a very high threshold that I struggled with and my wheelchair needed lifting over) and the front door access (peculiarly curved slope that I could not safely ride with my wheelchair because it would have fallen over sideways)
