With a such nice location and a multitude of facilities, probably need a professional management to upgrade its status

Room is small with cheap and awkward furniture, bathroom - sink is very high, difficult to use and what a poor finishing for the ceramics. The generous common terrace in front of the room was lovely and facing the sea

The bed-sheet was worn out and towels tired - generally speaking is needed a refurbishment many things. The beach is very nice and swimming pools very good all at a splendid location

The hotel’s luxurious ambiance, combined with its serene beachfront location, made it the perfect escape

First of all to remove the weird things - interdiction for children under 12 yo to enter swimming pool, calling the large swimming pool "Olympic", keeping the lobby toilets locked, etc

It may had been at some point but those days are over. What saves it is the excellent staff and the private beach which was made into a cove by stone walls which break the waves. The beach itself did not have enough cots

one of the most beautiful and fabulous hotels that I visited, the staff is so friendly and cooperative, the villa where we stayed was so clean and nothing was missing, it is the best place for couples who are looking to find a sense of peace and comfort with a luxury stay

We stayed for 2 weeks in late January 2026 and had a very good time at Marbella Resort. I was cautious when making a booking due to controversial reviews on various sites

Winter sea in UAE is chilly anyway - Generally Sharjah is a less fancy and much more conservative compared to Dubai while hassle free visiting Dubai is by taxi (public transport links are quite weak) which is rather costly (though local taxis seem to be cheaper compared to Dubai)

Not sure if all villas have these - Reception staff was always polite and helpful - Beds were comfortable - Bed linen and towels were fresh enough - Cleaning was ok most of the time - No insects (even mosquitoes) or geckos - Breakfast in Holiday International was ok though quite crowded and not much daily changes - Washing machine in room, large fringe, microwave, 2 TVs (which we never used) - Four...

Fair to say when I brought this issue to reception they came in 5 min to do the job - They have induction stove in room but no pot or pan to cook so we had to use microwave all the time - Although hotel is well placed right on a beautiful promenade there is no direct access to it from hotel grounds and you need to walk 5-7 min to get to waterfront - Local beach is about 10-15 min drive, but my kid...

30 am - I was puzzled by the fact that bedroom had another door instead of a window which can be opened to get some fresh air. Of course UAE is a low crime area but still you won’t leave the door open especially at night

Pros: a large, uncrowded beach (even at 11 AM, there were sunbeds available on the first row by the water), a reef with fish and turtles, a warm and reasonably sized pool, and a kids' mini water park

The resort is pet-friendly, and the cats are everywhere, adding good vibes and charm to the place. The people are kind, welcoming, and very accommodating. A relaxing and memorable family stay

We will definitely come back! Paula and Evelyn at the reception were very welcoming! The only downside is that the Wi-Fi connection was really slow in our room, but it worked perfectly at the sea shore, which made beach time even more enjoyable

The hotel has a perfect location, just across from Snoopy Island. You can easily spend the whole day by the pool or relaxing on the beach

Location is perfect, just in front of shoreline and access to private hotel beach. Lots of eateries around and long 2-3km walkway which is quite comfortable for morning exercises

This is a great hotel for Sharjah. The rooms are very spacious, and the location is excellent, being very close to Al Noor Island and the Central Souk. It has a rooftop pool and a large gym

Life guard takes his rules very serious but I know it’s for safety of guests. kids should not jump from pool

They didn’t tell us that the TV facing the bed was not working (we were told this issue exists in all rooms and will be fixed in coming days) wish they had been transparent about this prior to check in

Even after more than 20 years, the facilities don't feel old at all; classics truly stand the test of time. It's a two-story duplex, and the small bed on the first floor was already prepared for our check-in

We booked with breakfast included, and the coffee was instant. You won't go hungry, but you won't enjoy it either. The hotel is located 3-5 minutes from an excellent beach, which is a definite plus

No guests in the room! There's a second beach nearby, but we weren't particularly impressed. Overall, it's not bad, but we'll choose a different hotel next time

We booked a double room with two separate beds and were upgraded to a family room with three beds. It's a good size, with an extra sofa and a round table. The bathroom has a shower, but it doesn't have a door

Water was spilling onto the floor, but we didn't really notice. We knew it wouldn't be fixed quickly, and we didn't have another room. We didn't have air conditioning

Our stay at BM Beach Resort was absolutely incredible! The staff’s friendliness and accommodating nature made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived

They have an entertainment show every night, and a lot of games to play next to the beach (volleyball, ping pong, huge chess. The food isn't that good and shall be improved. The staff are very nice and helpful

The staff are so warm and always welcoming, each time we would step in or out of the hotel they would greet us with a smile. The room was cleaned everyday. The breakfast was full on, so tasty and had so much of variety

Otherwise, they will let you choose from their menu and you can order the food you want for your breakfast. 0 waste as you order the food you chose. You can order and eat as much but they will cook it for you

The location of this hotel is superb. It has a chilled pool, an out door bar and a great beach ,sun loungers and even a tennis court. The services is good check in and out is quick

Rooms are well appointed and they have tea and coffee facilities within. The reception is quiet and relaxing. Free WiFi throughout, even on the beach. Tennis courts and sports facilities are fantastic

Mazing beach and swimming pool! The changing rooms are clean, air-conditioned, and very comfortable

The location is very convenient. The beach is just steps away, with wide umbrellas for sunbathing, crystal-clear water, and fine sand. We only went to the restaurant for breakfast. The selection was rather limited

Celebrated my son’s birthday there and we all had fun. The team was super accommodating and all smiling even the pool attendant. They even have a live counter. Manu, Jithin and the associates are all wonderful

Lou Lou is a simple hotel at an affordable price! The beach is a huge plus! It's always well-maintained, security is top-notch, the waves are gorgeous, and it's cleaner than Dubai and many other places

The water is cold, which is perfect after being outside in the heat, and they even provide cold water for showering — one of the best experiences! There’s also a café where you can play billiards and other games

The shuttle is free both to Dubai and around the Garage to various shopping centers. The staff is always friendly and polite. The food is healthy, no-frills, but delicious, and they have everything you need

The tent was clean, spacious and no mosquitoes on site! The pool being temperature-controlled is a huge plus during our cold winter. The food was great (In room dine) and the service was phenomenal
