Hostels in Ukraine

It’s great for the price. The beds are decent and the rooms are surprisingly spacious. The showers heat quickly and there’s a kitchen. The WiFi is the fastest I’ve seen in Ukraine so far. The best thing about this hostel is the location: five minute walk from the train station, mall, good restaurants, currency exchange, and taxis. It’s also directly across the street from the Ministry of Defense....

Pros: 1)The place was cleaner and peaceful than What I expected. 2)Location is also great since it's near to railway station. 3)Staffs are friendly. Cons: 1)No windows,rooms are superb dark and only comfortable for sleeping,don't expect to stay at day time. 2)Price is bit high,bcz there are hostels with better facilities at equal or lesser prices. 3)Toilets can bit cleaner.

Good to make a short brake before your flight, but not more. The room in the hostel was without any (even tiny) window and without air conditioning. In winter it was warm enough and I can't imagine how it's to live there in summer. Only one plus: the bed was without bedbugs, at least I didn't meet/feel/see any :)

I think this is good hostel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Personnel is polite.

Hostel is located in the basement, so the rooms are without windows. Very good location, close to the main train station.

I read the comments. Yes, the gym isn't new, but it has all the necessary equipment and it works. But there aren't any crowds in the gym, no lines for the machines. The gym is open on Saturdays.

Incredible hostel for the money. The room is clean, comfortable, cozy, its own bathroom, air conditioning, TV, comfortable bed and comfortable pillows! This is the main thing for me. Lots of entertainment stuff in the hostel. The courtyard is beautiful. We are very happy and will come back someday.

The hostel itself is not bad in terms of location and conditions. There are moments with the culture of the staff, the flow of water in the shower, the smell of rooms and linen ... The price in booking for a double room, without a window, was indicated 370 UAH. Upon check-in, they asked to pay an additional 30 UAH of tourist tax. Total 420.

Great hostel! The location is very convenient, quiet and pleasant place. The territory is very beautiful, green, well-groomed. I liked the room. There is an opportunity to swim in a chic pool, a bathhouse, a sauna .. We relaxed there more than once, very pleased!

Doubtful type of hostel. If there is a choice between this and some other, choose another, but you are better. The staff allows themselves easy ridicule behind the back of customers, as well as their discussion

If you are tired, then you will not be interested in anything but convenience and cleanliness.

Food and beer is good and cheap, staff is just amazing, very close to city center, highly recommend it

They don't accept cards so you need cash. when asked where is a near ATM the answer to me was simply " i don't know" . The rooms were okay. No A/C or window mesh to stop mosquitos. So at night you have to choose between sweating in your sauna or open the window get eaten by mosquitos. The washrooms were clean. Also when you get to the hostel it is located above a restaurant and you have to go through...

Maybe a little bit hard to find at first, but when you are there you'll certainly enjoy it. Everything is new, clean and makes the stay really enjoyable. We were surprised to find such a modern hostel in Tchernowitz. It's 6 person dorms and you can have a small but good breakfast as well as hot and cold drinks around the clock.

As good as hostel can be - clean and nice. Location is great - near the city center, but just outside of it. The staff is watchful; all the special requests are resolved with care. A little bit noisy because of railway, but that is really the only problem to mention.

Everything is new here. The guys at the front desk are super friendly and helpful. The restaurant downstairs is also not bad. Extended my stay.

I liked the hostel, convenient location. Nice, friendly staff, we were greeted warmly, as if at home. We were alone with a child, no one was put in with us. From a bad shower. The condition was very questionable so we didn't use it. The smell in the bed was like second-hand. Not all the closets have a key. The toilet is quite questionable because the sink in it has a volume of about 400 ml.

Pretty nice and clean hostel, hostess friendly has everything you need a kitchen, cupboard, (but for some reason we did not have the keys to them) toilets, cheap enough to have wifi Plus: wifi price and comfort Minus: up to 23 must be in the house. The bed creaks.

A very decent and inexpensive hostel! The receptionist girl is polite, kind and pretty 😁🤗 Inside, cleanliness and order, both in the rooms and in the kitchen, shower, toilet! It is forbidden to drink alcohol and smoke! A pleasant, quiet and relaxing stay awaits you. P.S. There would be more such decent and clean establishments in this service sector !!!

We arrived at the place and had to wait 15 minutes to be accommodated, but then the administrator took care of everything. In general, not a bad place to spend the night. You can cook for yourself, because the kitchen has everything you need.

A quaint and wonderful place in the center of the city. A full working kitchen and absolutely clean rooms. You will be amazed how close the grocery stores are from this location just 3 minutes in any direction. Despite the war in Kiev , this location is safe. I highly recommend.

The hostel is good, all the amenities for living. Convenient interchange and there are 3 supermarkets nearby. The hostel has a large kitchen where you can cook deliciously at home, two refrigerators. Administrator - The director is a delicate person. Good luck to everyone who lives there.

Great budget hostel! Very clean, comfortable, convenient. The location is great, between the center and the train station. The renovation is good, everything is beautiful, there are personal lockers. The only drawback is the high audibility between rooms.

One if best hostels I used to stay in Ukraine. Everything made for comfort to the smallest details. It's clean and personnel is very nice.

Hostel is okay, a bit crowdy and a bit dirty. Location is nice(10 mins by foot to the metro station) and local shop with food(5 mins).

Quiet and confortable place but a bit faraway from City center

The hostel is much better than many others in Kiev. It's very clean and comfortable, feels like home. The stuff is nice and friendly.

Stayed for 3 nights. Everything was OK, nothing exeptional. Room had fridge, wifi was good, no ac ( not really needed at this altitude ), cash payment only, sound proofing is nonexistent so hope for quiet quests.

Good hotel, but limited service

Clean and cozy rooms. Pay attention to the road sign. The turn isn't obvious and easy to miss. Like it or not, you'll take cold and hot shower because of small boiler, but it's something you can cope with.

The rural style of this place perfectly fits the Carpathians and cannot remain unnoticed by anybody, it was very clean and the staff very helpful and always willing to help. Just a short walk from the train and bus stations as well as the centre.
