He is intelligent, alert, and knowledgeable and speaks English fluently. He will answer all questions and make necessary arrangements which would otherwise be very difficult for a traveler that does not speak Ukrainian and does not know the city. Overall the hotel is great and we were happy with our stay. Our only issue was the bed wasn’t a King bed as advertised in our Suite. Nothing changed even after informing the reception. That was the disappointment as we have our 1.5 year daughter with us and was smaller bed compared to what a King bed would have been.

The location is perfect - you can get out of your room and start skiing on a trail immediately, or walk a short distance to a slope. The staff are professional and friendly. The room has everything one needs. The breakfast is perfect. All of their services are impeccable.

Certainly the best&biggest fast growing resort in Ukraine. 75 km of ski slopes, 17 ski lifts. A lot of activities for all ages year round. Ski, snowboard, mountain bike& hiking, bungee jumping, SPA, lake, ethnic par and petting zoo.

Nice and beautiful place. You can spend here 3 to 4 days in summer time with family and friends. Some areas good for kids and adults. You can swim at the near lake. Take the chairlifts up the mountain to get a beautiful photos of the nature. If you like skiing so this place is for you. Snow will cover the whole area at winter time so you can choose how many days needed to stay.

Great place to visit during summer when everything is green and you can walk around without freezing out. The sightseeing at the top is great and you can go down on foot, with your bicycle, go cart or on the ski lift.

Impressed how much they advanced in terms of service and comfort. The prices for the ski are very fair, accommodation can be expensive according to the locals' income but it all depends on the provider. But even if the price is quite high - the comfort is guaranteed! The most unfair price I would say is in the restaurants. But the view from the top of the mountain makes you feel like like in heaven...

Very nice place. It is very impressive when you entering Bukovel from Polianitsa, like getting with a portal to an Alpines level Ski Resort city. Great infrastructure, clean and tidy. You can enjoy skiing/snowboarding in Winter, extreme attractions on warmer seasons and city amusements, beautiful nature, local cuisine all year around.

Well established hotel in sea side in Zatoka. 1st ans 2nd lines blocks. Well developed infrastructure includes kids entertainment area, sports grounds and workout place. Rooms are small but clean.

Well, 1600grn. Standard double room air conditioning, hot water, normally clean and change linen and towels. Animation is present, with children involved, three meals a day but there is no choice. The territory is well maintained, the pool is not enough! The beach is guarded, the merchants not empty, the sand clean, designated Smoking area separated, but cattle smoke on the sunbeds! Yesterday I came home, rested in RUTE 8 days with the whole family. Sea of positive emotions and only positive emotions!!! Thank you for clean beaches and rooms, very helpful and friendly staff. Beautiful extensive grounds of the hotel, is where to walk and relax and not have to wander all over the Gulf. We are very pleased that the camp has many activities for children: water slides, children's Playground...

The hotel is very good game,everything is fine parasols, sun loungers free,there is a bar, a buffet, a dining room , a private beach where no one sells. Very good exercise in the morning and have a special place in the sea for children and people with mattresses separated by buoys.Very nice what about your security Agency care. The location is close to Dniper river with a beautiful view . Shopping centre is not very far but the hotel is far from centre. My room was cold during the night and radiator didn't work. In bathroom there were just 2 small shampoo finger size that were not enough for body wash. I cannot complain a lot because the price was not very high.

Classic Soviet style and certainly not a VIP class. The prices correspond to the service. Take a sleep, get shower, change dress and pay a little. + Great place on the waterfront.

I stayed in the Junior Suite. It was almost as if Khrushchev had last stayed in the same room. I loved it. If you want to experience an authentic soviet hotel then ask for the Junior Suites on the 9th floor!

Great view - when you're lucky and get a room towards the water. The rooms are really basic and the interior is old. Breakfast is ok and the hotel bar as well. Cheap rooms.

Good located hotel. The bar is really 24/7, breakfast is good, wide selection. The A/C wasn't working, in my room there was 28-29 degrees in September!!!Staff ready to help, but they are not too kind. The business room was OK, the rest is waiting to get refurbished.

The hotel looks beautiful from the outside, as does the ground floor and reception area - but everything changes once you reach the corridor and your room. I think 1990 is the date these rooms were created and they have not been changed since. It is clean, but nothing interesting. Parking is tragic, for about 20 cars max and there is always a problem with it. Security doesn't speak English, ladies...

Lobby area is very nice. I was on the 12th floor with a great view. In America this would have been a 3-star and everything was clean and adequate. Maybe here it's more of a 4-star. Price was very reasonable about $48 and that was without any discounts.

A hotel complex on the edge of Kiev with a very beautiful nature - there are many pine trees around. Very nice exterior. Very nice rooms, cozy and comfortable! Of the minuses: an old refrigerator.

Hotel is located in the center of city. If you are lucky, you get room with wonderful views on all old city. They have different kinds of rooms, some of them need repair. Good prices as for citycentre. They serve breakfast at the restaurant on the first floor. Breakfast is buffet breakfast, you can take everything what you need: snacks, hot dishes, drinks, desserts.

The best location right in the heart of Lviv...we stayed in superior twin bed and the room was nice and enough room...i loved the bathroom...good breakfast plenty for everyone...if u come with a car there is a parking available just in the back of the hotel...i reccomend...cheers

absolutely in love with the art on the walls. Price was good, breakfast was decent, rooms are decent. Book a room for each person because the "extra bed" was awful though. It's nice that the is help on your floor 24hr but the worst thing ever is every room came only with one key. Absolutely inconvenient.

In July 2016 was a construction site next to the hotel. Because of this it was noisy. Fast and free Wi-Fi . There is always hot water.

I have been here once, nice hotel with moderate prices and services. It situated in a very town center what makes the hotel great options for the tourists. It will take approximately 5-10 mins by walk to Old Town part. Hotel offers interesting facilities like fascinating excursions, tours and weekends in the town. Brilliant hotel visited a few years ago on my 2nd visit to kyiv. And I can't wait to visit again in the future. Staff were brilliant, and my room was amazing and spotlessly clean. I had a room with a balcony onto the river, which was beautiful and peaceful sitting on my balcony watching the world go by. Nice and easy to get a taxi into the town centre, highly recommend

Excellent location, excellent receptionist, bad room service. I said so, due to bringing my luggages up myself. The service guy was setting and watching. Also, when we ordered an extra blanket, we got it after two calls and 25 min of waiting. The front desk girl was amazing to be honest

When booing through hotels.com it was written that the parking is included but we were charged for it anyway (it was cheap so I didn’t argue much about it). We also had the breakfast included and it was barely okay. The location is good and rooms are okay. As the name indicates it’s “ok” to stay there, I simply wouldn’t recommend to include breakfast & parking in the booking.

This hotel leaves us with a broken door and after we report this problem no one fixes it. The other guests from the hotel next to our room slam the door in the morning and have a dog that is barking and does not let people sleep.
