Security staff of President hotel prior my visit checked my identity, and before check-in bags were also checked. So during my stay I was confident in other guests and in my own safety

Wonderful place! A hotel with a capital letter, just as it should be! There is a great spa area with a swimming pool on the hotel grounds, I take my child there, he is very happy! The Christmas tree this year is wonderful! Happy New Year to all!

Helpful staff, central location, lots of history. I had an excellent stay recently at Premier Palace Hotel. Likely the oldest on the city. The concierge will help with Chernobyl Tours. I will return to this great hotel

I stayed here 4 days and overall its a great hotel. Its one of the major luxury hotels in Kyiv. The staff were friendly and helpful. A bellman comes and takes your bags up to your room. The SPA and pool was top notch

However, this is probably the only 5 star hotel I ever been to that doesnt have on iron in every room. I had to call to room service and they told me there were only ONE iron in the whole hotel - and this was lost

Stayed here for a few nights with my husband. The room was great and big and had everything we needed. Reception staff were very efficient and polite. Had a few lovely meals in the hotel

Then she comes and tells that you cant take this table - this happened almost every time. Quite rude and not at all on the level expected from a hotel of this level

Hotel is located right beside the metro station Livoberezhnaya, room with bathroom is really clean, flat TV, air-conditioning, fridge, 3 kind of towels, different accessories and useful details, receptionist are speaking English and are very helpful and equipped with good mood

Room is well isolated, no noises from neighbours. Quick access to town centre by metro - 15 minutes right to Independence sqare. I really like it here, will come back soon. Perfect value for price of the room

Downstairs there are restaurants, a gift shop,and health food shop selling many Vegan products, a bar cafe and a money exchange. I would recommend this hotel to everybody. you cannot go wrong staying here !

It was fantastic value for money. the equivalent of only £9 each per night. It is a high rise building with 25 floors,so you have amazing views of the city,especially at night

And a big plus is that you are only a few steps away from a metro station that is on a direct line to take you straight into the city centre. The rooms were warm,spacious, en-suite and had daily made service

True, the impressions are limited to taking a shower, a pillow and off you go. (I mean check-in and check-out, there was contact with the staff) everything is clean, nothing anywhere caused any questions

The service was good, but the choice of food is general with no specific cuisine. Spa works at this time from 10:00 to 20:00, you need to book sauna 1 hour before. I didn’t have time to go there

My first time back at the Fairmont for more than 2 years. Not many people staying in the hotel for obvious reasons. It was nice to see familiar faces among the staff. Service was excellent as normal

We are very pleased that the camp has many activities for children: water slides, children's Playground, trampoline, movie room, and most importantly - great fun and exciting entertainers! Well established hotel in sea side in Zatoka. 1st ans 2nd lines blocks. Well developed infrastructure includes kids entertainment area, sports grounds and workout place. Rooms are small but clean.

Great place to visit during summer when everything is green and you can walk around without freezing out. The sightseeing at the top is great and you can go down on foot, with your bicycle, go cart or on the ski lift.

You can spend here 3 to 4 days in summer time with family and friends. Some areas good for kids and adults. You can swim at the near lake. Take the chairlifts up the mountain to get a beautiful photos of the nature

The location is perfect - you can get out of your room and start skiing on a trail immediately, or walk a short distance to a slope. The staff are professional and friendly. The room has everything one needs

Impressed how much they advanced in terms of service and comfort. The prices for the ski are very fair, accommodation can be expensive according to the locals' income but it all depends on the provider

But even if the price is quite high - the comfort is guaranteed! The most unfair price I would say is in the restaurants. But the view from the top of the mountain makes you feel like like in heaven

It is very impressive when you entering Bukovel from Polianitsa, like getting with a portal to an Alpines level Ski Resort city. Great infrastructure, clean and tidy

The hotel is worth its money, everything was on the level. Breakfasts, kids area, SPA, pool, service, cleaning were as suppose for the 5* hotel. Just one concern is that dinners are not worth paying and eat

A small wish and recommendation to the staff is to remove the musical accompaniment of the pouring bucket after the steam room. After EVERY turning over, the “Apostle Andrew” of Nautilus turns on

Staff was great: Sofia ast front desk especially outgoing. Only caveat is that they have some facade damage as a result of an air intercept, but that didn't impact the functioning of the hotel from my perspective

I've stayed in 2023, 2024 and 2025 for a week each time and was never bothered by air alerts etc. ProTip for Quiet: Stay in a low floor on the atrium side (even numbered rooms)

It was a city view room which was fine, but I preferred the atrium view. And the drain in the bathroom tube would gurgle. The staff was all very friendly and accommodating. I plan to stay here every time I come to Kyiv

A beautiful hotel in the city center (even with its history), one of the best hotels I have ever visited, breathtaking views of the city from the upper floors (SPA), comfortable luxury rooms, underground parking.

Everything for our stay was excellent from the cleanliness of the room to the fantastic breakfast buffet. The staff spoke English and made it very easy to communicate as I do not speak Russian

Prior to booking my stay I read a lot of the reviews and I have to say they are spot on. If you book your stay at Kharkiv Palace and add breakfast, you will not be disappointed

Nice hotel in a relatively secluded place of the beach. The pool was awesome, the beachfront is very close and beautiful. But the price is a little too high for what it has to offer.

Shower limited hot water capacity in the evening. For the high price of the room very bad breakfast using cheapest products and one-fits all catering (worse than food on airplanes)

Polite personnel. Small territory with almost no trees. Poor infrastructure. Rooms are ok, but plumbing quite old. Sandy beach is right near the hotel. Many motor boats are too close to the swimming area.

Cracks in the wall, kitchen stove works not so good, bath robes only XS, or S sizes, no drink water available, no mosquitoes control at all, shower cabinets sliding doors are not adjusted allowing leak

I really enjoyed my trip, hotel have best placement and everything that you need so you could have nice rest even don’t going outside but if you want you could do and there are different options for everyone

It's in better shape than most soviet hotels in Russia. I went for the un air conditioned room in December because i like to sleep in a cold room. The bed was soft, the pillows were awsome, and the douvet was super warm

The hotel is in a very picturesque place on the embankment. There is a bar and a restaurant. For Zaporozhye, the level is quite good.

It has a modern and chic design! Good service! Rooms with a view of the Dnieper River are simply mesmerizing, especially when admiring the sunsets! There is a hall for holding events! Restaurant! Places to relax, as well as where you can have a cup of coffee or tea

The building itself looks good, but the view of the part of Shevchenko Boulevard where there is no reconstruction and lighting would repel any tourist who walks near the hotel, it’s a pity that no one understood this, well, this is not a problem of the hotel, but of the city :(

Great hotel with excellent service and good soundproofing. Even standard class rooms are ideal - clean, spacious enough, all appliances, including a bathroom, work perfectly. The rooms are not smoky or deodorized

Doesn't smell like chemicals. Any issue is resolved instantly. Nothing fancy and everything is delicious. The windows of the restaurant overlook the river, it's nice to wake up under the river landscape

All the saunas were working, there were few people, we were given super comfortable flip flops for the spa

Cool hotel, with good rooms and SPA (which is included in the room price). Breakfasts are delicious with a good choice and delicious filter coffee. Standard room is not very spacious, but quite comfortable

Update --- Stayed here again in May 2021 for a few days. Everything was excellent, service improved or at least seemed to be better. Came back and stayed again in August 2021, amazing experience
