Hopeless. Very low standard. Archaic shower rooms from the previous era. Uneducated and aggressive manager. She screamed that electrical outlets had been torn out in the rooms, although these sockets had already been torn out. I had traveled a lot, but had never met such aggression. I do not understand how you can hire such incompetent workers. By the way, the service personnel do not speak in foreign languages even at the elementary level. We lived in a large group at the hostel for 10 days, but they never cleaned the rooms. I strongly do not recommend this terrible hostel.

•Located on the 4th floor with no working elevator.
•Terrible noise and music from neighbours and businesses. Not even earplugs help keep the noise out.
•Old bedding and towels.
Stay here only if it's your last and only option. I will not recommend it, nor stay here myself again.

The room was clean but bsthrooms are terrible. 5 showers are combined and there is no privacy.

Use as a last resort. Extremely unfriendly hosts, interrogation at the entrance to the building. Expensive for what you get, there are much better hostels in Lviv for cheaper. Wi-Fi was not usable. Shower room was shared, not the worst, however sometimes there are also children staying in the hostel. Rooms lack very many power outlets, you might get lucky, probably not. If you leave your phone to charge in the common room the host lady gets upset.

I cannot fault the cleanliness of the room.

Overall completely terrible experience, unless you don't like hospitality.
