Imperial Hotel in Bukovel

Nice hotel, but with bad heating. There were cold and damp enough inside.

I stayed with my girlfriend for 5 days at the hotel, I really liked it) Neat and beautiful interior, the rooms are incredibly cozy, the renovation is fresh and clean. The view from the window was of the mountains, there was a cozy balcony. The only thing was that there was no elevator to the fifth floor, but the hotel staff immediately offered to help with luggage. The staff is customer-oriented, they always responded to any request with a desire to help, they did not refuse. The girl in the kitchen/restaurant was especially pleasant, she created a rather hospitable atmosphere☺️
The location is also very convenient, 10 minutes walk to Silpo and the main stop (bus to Bukovel and carriers to other cities)

We stayed at this hotel during our trip and were satisfied. The room was clean, tidy and cozy, with almost everything you need for a comfortable stay. I would like to separately mention the friendly staff - always ready to help and answer any question. The breakfasts are delicious, the territory is well-groomed and the presence of a heated pool is a big plus. Good location, literally 15 minutes to the center.

There are a few points that could be improved: Wi-Fi sometimes worked unstable. Also, the room lacked a kettle, and the bathroom would be more convenient if additional shelves were installed, because the washbasin in our room was not very convenient in shape. But in general, these are small things that did not spoil the pleasant impression.

And if possible, choose a room on the other side of the pool😉

First of all, I want to note the staff. Very loyal, friendly and welcoming. Thank you!

Breakfasts - here the menu presents 6 breakfast options, and, frankly, when I was leaving, I thought that they might arrive in 2 weeks. But no :) I mostly alternated three options, and all of them are very tasty and satisfying!

The hotel looks brand new, clean, big respect to the cleanliness fairies.
Very nice renovation, good view from the balcony. Wonderful warm pool!
The location is also great, not far from the road (you don't have to conquer Hoverla on the way home) and relatively close to the center of Bukovel.
The only drawback is the creaky bed, but in a couple of days I got used to it))

Special thanks for the first aid kit, from which they gave me three different medications when I was poisoned and felt bad in the middle of the night. Thank you!

Hotel 10/10! I will recommend it to my friends and will definitely come back myself if I have the chance. ❤️
