Very reasonable, affordable price for all. Amazing sauna 🧖‍♀️ but unfortunately the sauna was too hot and didn’t have air conditioning 😂🤣. This hotel by far the best among all others I visited

Extremly friendly and helpful staff. Anna speaks very good English. Nice rooms. You can rent the wood heated privat sauna for 1-2 hour to relax with cold pool and áll textiles needed.

SPA and pool - all included in HB price (which is not the case in some other hotels around Bukovel) 6. Although further away from the center - they offer a free transfer to/from the skiing locations

Delicious breakfast and dinner. Strongly recommend visiting this hotel. The only thing is a bit loud from the main street (due to cafes and hookah bar), so better to book rooms with mounting view

The room is full of sovdepiya with creaking closet doors. In any room of the building with a sauna you can hear the water pump for cleaning the pool. Invited wifi and communication in general

And so in general there is a swimming pool, sauna, barbecue, room for drying shells, restaurant (but the dishes there for the amateur), near the slopes, which is a big plus 🙂

Breakfasts must be ordered daily. A good sauna with pool and jacuzzi, inexpensive, paid for at least 2 hours. There is parking in front of the hotel, quite large

Location is awesome too! 5 min to the resort, 3 min walking distance to the grocery, 2 min to the delicious restaurant "Eleonora"

I like this hotel a lot, it has three buildings that nicely decorated with some sculptures, lights, paintings on the walls

You can easily comunicate in English, very cheap breakfast (scrambled eggs for 1€), good location (10min by foot to ski lifts or 2-3€ by taxi for up to 9ppl), friendly, clean and new!

Go in the winter to go skiing. The rooms are nice, Deluxe song at all. To the lift station called a taxi-50 UAH for 4 persons. There is a drying room for shoes and skis

I had sooo good sleep there 3) the hotel is very clean: rooms, restaurants and spa area 4) there is nice spa area - pretty big pool (~15 meters), Roman bath and Finnish sauna 5) buffet breakfast was diverse enough, was included into...

So basically we cannot use the pool during a day, as without bath/sauna it was very cold to stay there 4) I understand that it was not the fault of the Hotel, but there were several constructions in progress around it, and they produced noise and dust

Considering that there were a lot of children in the hotel, their noice almost was not disturbing 7) even though the hotel is in the center (close to the 2B funicular, key touristic one), it's 5 min walk to a forest, which makes it easy both to enjoy civilization and wild nature 8) prices in restaurant are not crazy expensive, for Bukovel - reasonable 9) super friendly and eager to help staff: on reception...

We did not enjoy staying on the restaurant terrace because of that 5) I included location of the hotel to "pros", as it's close to infrastructure, but I need to note - the hotel is located not in "cosy" place: it's between another line of the hotels and the road

Perfectly located comfortable clean hotel. Very close to the center while far away from other buildings. We paid 2200 per night in July 2018 for 2-room apartment well suited for family of 3 adults and 2 kids

The staff were nice & gave us free tea each time we needed, but I can see that they are lacking hospitality training to run such an amazing place. So I guess keeping more iteams in the room will make it much much better

The is a grill and they will happily provide you with everything you need. The spa is nice, a small swimming pool and a sauna (it's not included, but it's cheap)

you will need to have your own Shower gels, shampoo, water. You can ask for hair dryer from receptionist, just keep in mind if you are living at the 4th floor you will have to walk down to order anything you need
