Great SPA Hotel. Nice staff. Good facilities. Great massage. Only missed airconditioning (when we arrived the temperature in the room was 26 degrees) and music in the restaurant was often too loud.

Prices are reasonable, but the rooms are outdated, soundproofing is almost non-existent, Wi-Fi is very weak. And so in general there is a swimming pool, sauna, barbecue, room for drying shells, restaurant (but the dishes there for the amateur), near the slopes, which is a big plus 🙂

The room is full of sovdepiya with creaking closet doors. In any room of the building with a sauna you can hear the water pump for cleaning the pool. Excluded only after 22:00. I like this hotel a lot, it has three buildings that nicely decorated with some sculptures, lights, paintings on the walls. Location is awesome too! 5 min to the resort, 3 min walking distance to the grocery, 2 min to the delicious restaurant "Eleonora". The only cons is that service man was not polite :( I hope that he just had a bad mood in our vacation days :)

Good interior, ski storage with heaters for boots, elevator to higher floors, two restaurant areas, sauna, accessible by any car, large car parking lot outside. About 400-500 meters from lift 1 with uphill part. Rooms have all required stuff - wardrobe, chairs, glasses, power sockets near bed etc. Can recommend.

It is close to the sky slope, has very pleasant staff, clean and cozy rooms. Has own parking and kids playground.

Friendly staff. Noise from surrounding rooms, even if someone is just walking. Delicious food from a cafe downstairs, but they add 10% service charge, which is weird because they barely get any customers. Also stairs to get downstairs to the city are such pain, makes it not wanting to comeback to your room. Sauna is overpriced. Thin wood walls make it possible to hear everything in every direction, especially the ones above your room. Other than that - clean, nice and cozy! Recommend for a cheap stay.

Visited the hotel three times. Go in the winter to go skiing. The rooms are nice, Deluxe song at all. To the lift station called a taxi-50 UAH for 4 persons. There is a drying room for shoes and skis. The first two years the kitchen was hrenovato, this year is already better.

Perfect place. We rested in one of the cottages. Everything you need is there (refrigerator, microwave, dishes, kettle) minus that there is no electric stove. But a big plus for the fireplace in the living room and underfloor heating in the bathroom. Very convenient location, 3 minutes to the ski lift and rental station

The place is super. 2 minutes walk to the ski lift. There are houses from a log house, not new, but everything is clean, tidy and very atmospheric. And there are new apartments with high-quality modern renovation. Prices are reasonable and management is friendly and helpful.

Very good hotel. Pros: relatively cheap, good quality of repairs, big room, very tasty food in restaurant, polite and helpful staff, ski room. Cons: a bit far from center, no elevator (only relevant for 5 floor visitors), situated on a hill, so you will have to walk up a little, occasionally you can hear noise from a neighbouring room. Pros definitely outweight cons. I recommend.

Nice bright modern interior, very friendly, welcoming and polite staff, decent high-quality breakfast, nice views. Kids friendly. The only thing - it is located on a steep hill so very challenging to get there when it is snowing and the car engine is weak:).

Stayed with family for three nights. We enjoyed a lot. Good service, stuff is very nice and friendly. Food in restaurant is delicious. Spa is good too. Beautiful nature around. Since the place is really nice it's full of people, was hard to get a table in restaurant for a dinner.

Cool location, very good service, very neat and clean, very child friendly. But I booked the hotel to enjoy nature and some peace and quiet. Unfortunately there was a lot of loud music and light effects. And please please offer the animals some appropriate housing - the birds and the turtle really depressed me :(
