Sauna and heated pool are great; ski rent directly at the hotel and very affordable, ski room with drying installations was at our disposal. Very nice staff! Would love to come back some time!
Staff was nice and very helpful. Food at the restaurant was good and prices are moderate. The menu is bilingual (Ukrainian and English). They have awesome facility with sauna, hot tub and outdoor pool
Excellent! We stayed 5 nights and enjoyed everything. Large rooms and balcony, comfortable beds, modern clean and very well ventilated bathroom, daily cleaning, fresh towels, bath robes, etc
There is a heated pool right outside, and an excellent sauna right next to it (you may need to reserve it a day or two before, as it is that popular)
Everything you can expect of a high quality hotel: excellent rooms, delicious restaurant at the first floor (breakfast is included, you can choose from a few dishes the night before, so they will have it cooked just for you, and serve at the time of your choice)
They put a smile on my face when after the first night they noticed that I had green tea not black and when they refreshed my room when I was away they restocked only with green tea :-) keep up the good work, felt great!

We were there off season for three nights for business and enjoyed the facilities. The food was local, but a step above what I have had in other places in the FSU, and very good service
The three conference halls were well done although there was a bit of disconnect using the wireless microphones in the two halls we used

The location is simply perfect, it’s very short walk from the city center and main attractions. There is a parking behind the hotel. And you can also take an elevator which is very convenient
I’ve stayed here several times. In winter/autumn it is rather cold (depending on the room), but in other seasons it’s pretty nice. The bathrooms are spacious as well

The Junior suite was nice but there’s no AC which you might need during a hot summer day and their breakfast need to be improved. The staff don’t speak English though!
Amazing place to stay, small shales and restaurant, sauna, swimming pool and hot chan available. Near forest and in 3 km Bukovel sky center. Staff are friendly but not all speaks English
Usually, I ask for steak & the Ribeye was very tasty and very well prepared & the total price was very reasonable If compared to an ordinary cafe in the city center

Hotel is pretty and staff is really gentle. In my room there was dust on headboard bed, empty and unplugged minibar and no air conditioning. At breakfast no one juice, not even for a fee.
Excellent stuff, So cozy hotel , the food was awesome, rooms are clean a bit small but it wasn't a problem for me,,, one odd if you're planning to come to Bukovel,, way is pretty long and bad it takes like 40+ minutes, though the area around is nice , close to gift market and waterfall

Very clean with very nice style & way of building. Just I would like to point few points which could make this place much better. The rooms did not have anything a part of the basic furniture, towels & 2 cups !!
The is a grill and they will happily provide you with everything you need. The spa is nice, a small swimming pool and a sauna (it's not included, but it's cheap)
The staff were nice & gave us free tea each time we needed, but I can see that they are lacking hospitality training to run such an amazing place. So I guess keeping more iteams in the room will make it much much better
you will need to have your own Shower gels, shampoo, water. You can ask for hair dryer from receptionist, just keep in mind if you are living at the 4th floor you will have to walk down to order anything you need
I gave it 5 stars coz of the price which is very good compared to other hotels in Bukovel at this time of the year & taking in account the level of the hotel itself. The hotel is near from the center of Bukovel
Very nice hotel, the manager speaks english and is very nice with the clients, making them feel at home. Well priced and a friendly atmosphere. The rooms are nice, just what you need when you go skiing
For this price category, in my opinion, this complex is exemplary from the entertainment that it can offer both paid (tennis, air hockey, billiards, tubs, sauna, massage) and free (slide and sled)
There is also a hut on site where you can eat and dig your own tinctures

We lived in a cottage, incredibly comfortable. Warm, with comfortable beds, the cuisine is wonderful: the most delicious banosh, magnificent bograch and wonderful dumplings with meat and porcini mushrooms
We rested for 9 days with the company at a corporate party. More than 20 people with children - all were accommodated6 everything is fine. The kitchen is delicious, you don't have to go anywhere
Nearby mountains with berries and beautiful views for hiking. The employees are all friendly. The only negative is the steep climb to the hotel

This is not a fancy hotel, we didn't conduct an audit with white gloves, but every corner is saturated with the soul of the owners, our culture, we were absolutely satisfied with everything! Gorgeous Hutsul decorations everywhere, food in restaurant is wonderful (try hrechka with mushrooms), space for dog(s) to run around, WiFi in the room is 20 down 60 freakin up. Great stop for hiking in the region!

We had a force majeure with another hotel (called "Skeeta". We arrived late in the evening, and they sold our rooms to other people). And at 10 pm I had to quickly look for another option
We rested in August together, we were 100% high! For us, it's exactly the place where you want to escape for a weekend in the Carpathians

Very steep parking access, not always enough space for everyone, poor soundproofing, a constant drip from the shower hose (washing your hair was a real challenge), and you can't set the water to either hot or cold
We stayed at this hotel from January 13th to 15th. I booked a couple of weeks in advance on Booking. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was cozy, and the New Year's decorations were beautiful
9-year-old child – we liked that there was no extra charge for him. Our room was room 6, warm and cozy, with a gorgeous mountain view

Good price, clean and warm room, comfortable bed, and a big plus that the room had an electric kettle and hairdryer
I think these are minor issues for the price. I'd love to come back here again in the summer

The hotel looks clean and nice. The main issue - Wi-Fi connection. If you will be in the rooms which are not too close to the modem, you will have poor speed and quality
