The rooms are nice and large, the beds are comfortable with orthopedic mattresses, and the view from the window is wonderful :) Everything is top-notch: the staff, the cleanliness, the coziness, and the stylish decor

The only disappointment was that the fireplace on the ground floor wasn't wood-burning, but electric… Trips to Zgarda have become a tradition for our noisy group, so we'll definitely be back next year! We hope the prices and service remain at the same level

We also like that breakfast is included in the price, so we don't have to worry about getting ready in the morning. Even though breakfast was always served until 9:00, we were always late because we like to sleep in

So you have to walk in the cold to the Spa and pool. Didn't see the magical salt room? Or the Jacuzzi which is covered in snow! We had a duplex room which had a view to the rear parking lot

Nice restaurant, nice hotel, nice spa, beautiful view, 5stars! Nice romanian speaking staff (especially Gheorghe and Carolina), the only thing what we were disappointed about waiter Pavlo because he wasn't nice, he never bring us our exachange back that isn't normal

This was my 3rd visit to this lovely, pure Ukrainian mountain retreat. Everything there is classy, the staff are highly motivated and super friendly and the mountain ambience is serene

I would like to highlight the bridge, some of whose wooden planks are held up by the prayers and faith of people (it is no longer clear who to make these claims to, but something needs to be done with it, somehow strengthened, and not wait for the first accident)

Transfer was also ordered from them, everything is great. Of the minuses: No curtains or at least roller blinds on the balcony door (the neighbors' balcony door was opposite)

Modern apartments, newly renovated, everything is within walking distance, next to the bus station, 1 parking lot and the lower station of lift 1 Service at the highest level, nice guy at the reception, checked in an hour earlier, it was still ready

Great hotel, newly renovated, everything is clean and tidy, even the soundproofing in the rooms is not bad. But if you want to walk to the lift in ski boots, then look at the photo with the stairs, it's not easy)

To go down to 1 parking lot, you need to go down steep long stairs (I fell once when they were frozen), you need to be very careful, you can go around the road, it will be a little longer, but safer

I was very impressed by the recent designer renovations in some rooms in the Pravda building – room 3 with a magnificent view is a 10! Among the downsides: too much chlorine in the pools and jacuzzis, and the restaurant is clearly not designed for the 30 rooms in the hotel

The grounds are incredibly beautiful, the pools offer incredible mountain views, the rooms are clean and beautiful (we were a large group and stayed in the Rotonda cottage – we loved it), and the food was delicious

We visited the restaurant and the grounds – it's fantastic, with gazebos and pools, and everything is thoughtfully designed for a large group. The hookah was fantastic, and the food was delicious

Stuff is really great and helpful which you can't find often in Ukraine. The restaurant is also very good. The menu is not large, but everything tastes quite good

A separate pleasure - an indoor heated and illuminated pool. Even on rainy days it was nice to swim in warm water. The pool is open by appointment, and at this time you swim only with your company

The room was clean, bed was comfortable, good location. Not to happy that there was an additional fee of 150 UAH an hour swimming pool fee. But it's ok because the swimming pool was heated and very comfortable

Your hotel was very clean, the employees are very nice and helpful when needed (Marichka especially) and I loved your valet service and these employees were also very nice and helpful especially since this was my first time staying in a hotel in the Carpathians

The courtyard is small, but very cozy: lots of flowers, garden furniture, corners for relaxing with a cup of coffee. The owner makes delicious coffee according to his own recipe - I recommend trying it

There is a barbecue area, a vat, and for children - a trampoline. The breakfasts are very tasty. I especially remember the omelet with vegetables, which the owner prepares herself - be sure to try it

There is no kettle in the room, this is often written about in reviews. But this is not a problem at all: you can always take a thermos of boiling water from the owner or order coffee to your room

In my opinion, this is an excellent value for money deal. Convenient location, to the center, just a 7-minute walk. Nearby is a local attraction - Mount Elephant. It can be seen from the window, walk 3 minutes

If you want to escape to the mountains from the city bustle, then this place is perfect. Yes, you have to walk to the shops, but it's worth it when there are only small houses and mountains outside the window

We celebrated the New Year here that year, cozy rooms, comfortable beds (we just slept great) clean everywhere. On the ground floor there is a beautiful fireplace and a kitchen with everything you need

A stream flows under the windows, quiet and beautiful. Ideal for a quiet, relaxing holiday. And I would especially like to mention the wonderful hosts, Bogdana and her family

In case of a power outage - there is backup power. Nearby there is a large gazebo (with sockets), a swing and a barbecue. We rested with a company - we liked everything

In front of the cottage there is a wooden summerhouse, outdoor grill where we enjoyed meals on the open air! Except this, rolling on andirondack swing was so relaxing! What made us even more excited during warm summer days was chilling out in the newly built swimming pool! Walking slightly up from the villa you will face amazing mountain views
