Prices are reasonable, but the rooms are outdated, soundproofing is almost non-existent, Wi-Fi is very weak. And so in general there is a swimming pool, sauna, barbecue, room for drying shells, restaurant (but the dishes there for the amateur), near the slopes, which is a big plus 🙂

I like this hotel a lot, it has three buildings that nicely decorated with some sculptures, lights, paintings on the walls. Location is awesome too! 5 min to the resort, 3 min walking distance to the grocery, 2 min to the delicious restaurant "Eleonora". The only cons is that service man was not polite :( I hope that he just had a bad mood in our vacation days :)

This hotel is a nice place, dining rooms are a bit small for the size of guests it can have, nevertheless it’s a very nice place. Rooms are all new and more are coming as well a new spa will be. This was my 3rd visit to this lovely, pure Ukrainian mountain retreat. Everything there is classy, the staff are highly motivated and super friendly and the mountain ambience is serene. Perfect place. We rested in one of the cottages. Everything you need is there (refrigerator, microwave, dishes, kettle) minus that there is no electric stove. The place is super. 2 minutes walk to the ski lift. There are houses from a log house, not new, but everything is clean, tidy and very atmospheric. And there are new apartments with high-quality modern renovation. Prices are reasonable and management is friendly and helpful.

In overall I liked our stay, I put 5 stars, but there are pros & cons. Note: I'm not evaluating the hotel from the skiing perspective, as we stayed in October and were looking for spa-hotel. Restaurant is the best in this region

We were celebrating a wedding at this hotel in September 2019. The hospitality of the staff was at the highest level that you can even imagine. Cusine is just the top level. We and our guests are very grateful for the time that we spent there.

Cosy, comfortable and clean rooms with great views on the surrounding mountains, good breakfasts and food overall, friendly staff. Convenient location, 15-20 minutes of driving to the Bukovel slopes. The only area for improvement might be more ski boot drying racks — there are only ten of them, obviously insufficient for all guests.

We stayed here in June. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, good location. Not to happy that there was an additional fee of 150 UAH an hour swimming pool fee. But it's ok because the swimming pool was heated and very comfortable. Also there is a great sauna for extra money. We did enjoy it! In general, we are satisfied.
