Rooms. Clean, tidy, smells nice, warm, large wardrobe for things, the bathroom is not large but has everything you need. Soundproofing is at a good level (I sleep quite loudly and nothing bothered me).
To date, I have stayed at this hotel 3 times. For me, this is one of the ideal options. The location is at a height. The street where the hotel is located is not active in terms of permanent cars. Clean. Nice staff. High quality/price ratio.
PS: Near the 2nd steps (nearby quarter) there is a local small monument Bulgakov and the beat of the hippo! And next door is a good good Georgian restaurant.
