It's dirty, the rooms need to be completely renovated, the furniture is in terrible condition, the toilet is terrible, it's very cold. The radiators are barely warm. The windows are very drafty, even though they are made of metal and plastic. The exhaust fan in the toilet is very loud. The soundproofing is disgusting. It feels like they clean once a week and only with a broom... and that's bad.
Pros: clean bed linen, normal towels, hot water all the time, they gave you a kettle, there is a refrigerator.

The hotel is wrongly located in Google maps. Hotel Zvezda is behind Gloria Jeans Shop and shares its entrance with a clinic. Although reception does not speak English they will try to communicate with the smart. There are double, triple, quadruple rooms etc. Private bathrooms. Big supermarkets like mega market at walking distance and Nivky metro (6 stops to Kretchiasky st, the heart of Kvyi) is 20 minutes walk but buses to town and others are at the doorstep. There is a kettle in the room and heaters can be provided if needed. The best is on the 2nd floor. A good relation between accommodation offer and price. Almost the same price as a hostel but you have your privacy and your own bathroom. Clean and 24 hours reception overall is a good hotel.

The hotel is not bad, the rooms have everything you need. The staff is great.

Good hotel for families with children. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff are good-natured and professionals.

Recently stayed at this hotel. The rooms are clean, a little did not like the attitude of the staff. It seems nothing like this, but somehow they fulfill requests for a long time.
