It was quite and secure hotel to stay, but they should do their cleaning service better. Accomodation price was reasonable. Breakfast service was nice, but they should improve the quality and increase type of the food.

The hotel is located in an excellent location, close to the train station and all public transport. The staff is friendly and the service is very high quality. But old furniture, very bad Internet, lack of broadcasting of a sufficient number of channels with an old TV spoil all positive emotions.

The room was like storage room. Very small bathroom even can’t stand inside bathroom. Couldn’t used tooth brush in sink because it’s very small. There was no socket around bed to charge my mobile. Receptionist service is very poor even not helping to tell how to get in room and You have to find out by yourself. Overall doesn’t worth the price

Good view, quality of breakfast also good & simple. Good location: train station, bus station, metro, city center, botanical garden - are not very far from this Hotel. Simple not too complicated standard furniture. Beds are ok, comfortable enough. Overly good hotel for short stay.

Very nice accommodations and a friendly staff. One of the best places we stayed while in Ukraine. Hotel has a van to take you to the airport so you don't have to pay the exorbitant taxi prices.

Thank goodness, I found this hotel. Built in typical soviet era architecture . The hotel is centrally located in the city center and not so far away from ukrainian historical landmarks like the Independent Square and other interesting places like the Friendship Arch ,Bessarabsky Market , st Micheal's Golden Domed monastery , Bohdan Khmelnystsky Monument etc.
Despite located in the city center, the hotel is quiet ,ideally for relaxation . The broadband speed is very fast . Beyond that , the breakfast is excellent and staff are eager to help.
