This place is very beautiful, the location is good and hotel it’s nice, have comfortable beds and spacious rooms. They restaurant is good just lobster is disaster, the rest have good quality.
The price is like in Europe, but the stuff will make you feel like in the Soviet Union 35 years ago. Nobody speaks English or other languages, and they will try to cheat and lie to have as much profit as they can.
The breakfast is the worst, they sell it like the best, but after to pay it, you see that is not more than a joke.

Their main restaurant is a disaster. We were ready to make an order, but we had to wait for 15 min with a small kid on a windy terrace. In that period none of the waiters has come to us neither to accept the order, or to propose a warm blanket (though at least 4 waiters were passing by, and they were serving just ~10 tables). As a result, we’ve just left that place after these 15 minutes passed, because my daughter was very hungry.
On the opposite, the grill-bar (the second restaurant) was significantly better: the waiter was polite and helpful, and the order was served very fast.

First dinner date, lovely environment, prompt and friendly service. Broad European food selection, highly recommend the green salad with pinenuts and grapefruit slices. Second course was the traditional borscht 300gm, and main entree BBQ pork neck with red spice sauce on the side. Dinner was paired with a nice merlot. Meal was tasty, company delightful. Romantic first dinner date.
Had a very poor experience here, rang ahead on Friday to ask if we could book on Saturday. Was informed no need to book just turn up. So we travelled an hour to get there arriving at 4pm on Saturday. We were then told that no women would be allowed in, only men were allowed in, as the Spa had too many women inside. My female partner was very upset given the distance we had travelled. So we offered to wait or go to the restaurant for an hour until a lady leaves. The staff said this was not possible, and even though it was open till late there are no conditions under we would be allowed in together. So overall customer service and helpfulness got a zero that day. So I think the lesson is this place is unreliable and unhelpful. If you are going to go, then go earlier in the day, maybe before lunch time otherwise you will just waste alot of your time and effort.
