Tourist bases at Kievskoe lake in Ukraine

November. Poor rooms, no decent equipment in the houses, some stuff in the bathroom was broken. But the heating is really good, it was warm. Nice territory, but very small. No direct way to the river. Possibly it's better in summer.

Fresh air, nice views, tasty food, barman mixes good cocktails, white sand on a small beach, clean outdoor pool. Plenty activities for kids - bikes, playgrounds, kids pool. Rooms could have been nicer. Some feel a bit run down. The place is clean, the territory is well-kept.

All is fine, recommended. Nice pool, beach and see. Perfect family and child's place. From the comfort/quality/price perspective: comfort is too low (cleaning service, territory, housekeeping), price is too high even for the high season.

This place use to be much better. The rooms are not cleaned very well. The food and delivery service I would say it quite good. The beach is OK with about 5 big umbrellas but not everyone can get room under one. The water is OK but has sea weed... They could definitely use a pool.

Nice place for the medium scale events. Fresh air, forest near, bycicle trips. Service is at normal level, but not the top.

Very nice hotel. . Outdoor pool with bar and sun loungers provided, food menu available too. Helpful and polite staff. I would recommend a visit .

Lovely hotel, close to Kiev centre , restaurant food was basic and a little overpriced compared what you get in city centre restaurants , lovely view over river from room

An amazing place to relax. My complaint is that they shut the main pool by sea down for private parties. Would not have booked if I knew this.

Hidden place among yearly pine trees on the bank of Dnipro. Perfect place for city escape and get recharged with good atmosphere. Pools; decent restaurant; good service and friendly stuff make us want to return back in the future. Cats on territory is super bonus for cat lovers!

Quality doesn't meet price at all. The kitchen is pretty bad, bedsheets weren't clean, the service was average mostly. The concept is good and has great potential. Current proposal isn't reasonable.

The hotel has good placement. Its buildings are standing among trees and there's amazing view of a river. Staff and service make good impression. The cabin I stayed in definitely required much better care. The fridge, power sockets, shower, steps, walls all were looking as they had seen a war.

Cozy and comfortable place for families or big company or some festivities. Good choice of rooms and cottages. Beautiful territory, great pool and beach. Playroom with animators, spa, fitness club (for additional fee). And one very special point - bank with seaview, it's just gorgeous. Very friendly and helpful staff.

First thing first This is not place for tourists Workers here try to be helpful but nearly do not know one word in English. Breakfast is OK. Not more. They charge for using the swimming pool. The access to driver is free and the river great, this is the great benifit of the property. I asked them to clean my room , they said ok but only changed tawls The wi fi is horrible. The room it self is fair...

Nice little hotel complex with both hotel rooms as well as “cabins” these are very cozy. Nice and clean. Excellent food, I can recommend the Borscht. Friendly staff that do speak a bit of English, quite god actually. Security Gard at the entrance/parking lot. I will definitely be back for future visits.

Nice quiet place in park. Many different kinds of building. Yaht harbour. Security guard in parking lot. Good service in restaurant.

Swimming in the nearly frozen river and then running to the nicely hot bathtub is an unforgettable experience that I strongly recommend! Come, check this place out.

My boyfriend and I had a truly amazing time here! We were afraid that we’d burn our kebabs, but Vyacheslav was like an experienced chef at a 3-Michelin-star restaurant, who saved the day 😅
