Capsule Hotel Constellation 89 in Lvov

The beds are extremely uncomfortable, as they use 4-5cm foam mattresses instead of proper mattress. Beds are 60cm wide. They allow alcoholics to stay here, although not as bad as some hostels. I waited for over an hour for my booking to come through and after that had to pay full price in cash for it.
Location isn't good, it's out of centre, on a crowded housing estate where the parking is a nightmare. Silpo supermarket 400m away

I didn't hope for much because of the price, just staying here one day, but experience is awful. Worker on reception is rude and ignorant. He doesn't give a proper explanation, just giving keys and finish. If asking some kind of questions about lunch zone or cabinets not getting proper answer. So I wouldn't recommend this place if you don't want to ruin your mood.

Here is my review of this guesthouse after staying for about two weeks.

This guesthouse maintains a very high standard of quality not only in Lviv but across all of Ukraine, and offers affordable accommodation. However, unfortunately, the Wi-Fi inside the building is extremely weak and unstable—completely unusable. In addition, mobile reception indoors is very poor, so it’s best not to rely on making calls. If you need Wi-Fi, I do not recommend this place.
Beds are changed every five days, and there is an extra charge for replacing the bath towel. House slippers are provided for free, and using the washing machine costs 100 hryvnias. There is no dryer, but a shared kitchen with appliances including a microwave and refrigerators is available.

But the most disgusting part is the group of Turkish guys who’ve been living here long-term, arrogantly harassing and hitting on Ukrainian women every damn day. It’s vile and repulsive! And some "thirsty Ukrainian girls" even flirt back, boosting their already bloated egos.
But what’s truly despicable is that the young male staff just stand there watching with jealous eyes, silent like "decorative staff with no backbone"... What poor boys...🤪
If you're not confident enough to stand up for the women against these creepy Turkish guys, then stop standing around like scared guys doing nothing — head to the front line, fight the Russians, and prove yourself for your country👋

They called at 8pm saying. the water wasn’t working then after I agreed to still dry they told me there were no clean beds available, I still agreed to stay which they laughed at in jest.

The capsule was NOT soundproof. I could hear someone snoring all night. Woke at 2 and didn’t fall asleep again until after 5. No one on reception at night to buy water from.

The shower space for clothing is very limited, very difficult to bring clothes into the washroom. Everything space-wise was very compact.

The capsule was very hot and with the fan on it fluctuated from too hot to too cold.

20 days stayed in here.I paid only cash and without application just wanted that they earn better money.I was saying that best hostel I ever stayed. I wanted to stay there more,but only one rude employee has ruined it.If you don't like price leave our place. Prices like 2x times cheaper or 4x times more expensive is not cool. I wouldn't even rate them bad but they even canceled my booking after left which i already stayed,fortunately i have proof.So i decided to write this review. Here is a receipt,so you can see how prices can change.

It's fine. Good value for money! Good location! Beds are comfortable. 1 or 2 members of staff I don't like. They give off a weird vibe or aura. Not pleasant to be around them. The female staff are lovely!
