The hotel is very conveniently located, with shops and a pharmacy nearby, and easy access to the city center. The rooms are comfortable and have a separate kitchen with all the necessary appliances, dishes, and tea. The owner is always helpful, answering questions, giving directions to where you need to go in an unfamiliar city, and always responding quickly to calls. They didn't ask for a prepayment for early check-in and kindly assured me they wouldn't leave me on the street. The service is better than at other, more expensive hotels; I chose it based on reviews and was pleased.

The hotel owner forces guests to take off their shoes on the doorstep, in a small hallway, without a chair or sofa, in outerwear, bags must be thrown on the floor! The bed in the room is old! The mattress is hard, the linen on the bed is just awful - yellow, thin, bunching up because it is short! And there is also the impression that it has already been used by previous guests! The floor in the shower is broken! Water flows from the toilet tank! The owner is very intrusive!

The best hotel in Lviv for me. Location is super, so close to main landmarks,so close to city center. In this hotel you feel like you are at home. its very clean ,owner is amazing person -very hospitality,honest ,kind, anything you need - he will help you,will advice you . There is kitchen so you can have a tea or coffee or can cook anything you want .

Fully corresponds to the assessment! We stayed for almost a week and were happy with everything. Closed area with parking, there is a kitchen and everything you need. Good location for arriving by car and easy access to the city center. The owner is a friendly person and always happy to help. The photo is true.

Very cozy hotel, nice value for money, as well as the area - a closed yard where you can leave your car, this is a big plus. Near the city center, near the public transport stop. Very nice and hospitable host, we arrived late at night, but we hospitably opened and settled. The room is very clean, has everything for a comfortable stay and accommodation. Many thanks to the owner!

A wonderful place created by a wonderful person! I recommend to everyone! Clean, comfortable, not expensive! Rooms are spacious, water pressure and temperature are good. There is a kitchen and water available at all times. Parking. Everything you need for a vacation in Lviv! Quiet and comfortable. We took a taxi to the Center for 5 minutes and did not regret not staying in the center, I am sure that the noise from the tram and music annoys those who love a quiet rest.
