Booked this hotel in summer, we wanted to stay in a somewhat more luxury room. In the pictures it looked like this. However when we arrived we found the rooms very small and with only a tiny window in the roof.
The food was frozen store bought food and a disapointment to say the least. TV wasnt working.
For me the worst part was the noise, it feels like the walls are made out of cartboard.. you hear everything! Im not sure why they started construction work at 8 in the morning but it felt like they were about to drill in to our room.
Location is nice and the bathroom has enaugh space.

Old looking sauna, but it works, accepts reservations and is cheap

This hotel is just awesome the rooms are super clean the service is just great. The workers is super friendly, I'm from San Francisco, and I come to lviv pretty often. I m having a business here. I'll always stop at this hotell.

Clean room, comfy bed, air conditioning. Big shower, breakfest in price. Overall good experience. One complaint is that the airconditioning make noise rven when turned off and you can hear other guests. Thin walls probably.

Check in early morning with intention to check out tomorrow at noon on my way to Warsaw, Poland. So far everything is as planned. Staff is curious and professional. Breakfast is included but there's still room for improvement.

Clean room, cozy bed, fresh breakfast, buy the most - customer service!! I've stayed in different hotels, not many locals 5 Star hotel provide have service leke they do. Definitely stay here my next visit Lviv!!

It’s not our first staying in the hotel. We like the cuisine, the rooms, the personnel. Everything is done for guests. One of the best hotels in Lviv in spite of three stars.

There's no road to the resort. Catastrophic. Trip took more then an hour from Lviv.
Beautiful design but low quality service level. Good food, high prices. Personal knows only few words in English.
Met there local gang bosses and guys from Ukrainian government with good looking hores.
