Very noisy guest with no intervention from reception altough requests, no breakfast option in the morning, no english speaking personnel, etc

Did a wedding in summer, on 12 July 2015, not much without wedict team,from the menu a lot, not denounced for the newlyweds,when seen pretended as if we've been fooling them and they are not us...the Fridge which contained fruit,water,m Anne and others were opened despite the fact that we were leaving the waiters took out what they wanted, and not slaughtered on the tables were adenosil many dishes but Svetlana Pavlovna did not keep the promise that the refrigerator is always closed, no one steals,light music is not included and to include is not going but then again it was agreed.Left in the hall one thing when asked to return Svetlana Pavlovna rudely replied that this was not and could not be, but the waiters argued that without leadership nothing will say

Pool costs 12€ for 1 hour. No where this was written in english. I'm disappointed!
