Motel motel, like in the movies: each room has access to the street, cool format :) The motel itself is quite old, but it is made very soundly, it can be seen that it has been done for centuries: stone, wood, a huge parking lot, its own restaurant. Well done, they really tried, but, apparently, the format has outlived its usefulness, or has not been promoted. You can buy tea / coffee and biscuits...

Very nice clean, really rested from the road

The most original and atmospheric hotel I have ever seen! We stayed there in the spring and, accordingly, the pricing was completely different than in the summer. So, in the ratio the price-quality a solid 5! A little disappointed only two details: 1. Bathrobe provided in the room was torn 2. When traveling, you delay for 5 minutes to check the room. It's not pleasant

I came to town, only stay here! Comfortable clean rooms, a beautiful courtyard, a grill and everything you need for cooking on the fire. And pleasant staff!

Nice clean rooms, helpful staff and delicious breakfast. It's a nice hotel and reasonably priced (for a foreigner). The only minor annoyance was that the elevator could take a while to arrive during busy hours...but that's understandable)

Seems to be a nice place. Didn't stay at the hotel so can't tell you about the rooms and the service. The he restaurant looks good. The atmosphere is good, the corridors are clean. We had an IELTS exam with about 100 people in the 3rd floor. Quite comfortable. The only disadvantage is the car parking it is packed... We rented two rooms on the eighth floor. We were six people and it’s our opinion about Gagarin hotel. We explored three weaknesses and three advantages. Weaknesses ❌ Smoking stench. Very nice, large hotel. There is convenient Parking , close to shopping center, Silpo( excellent cooking) On the 2nd floor a cosy restaurant with reasonable prices. Great hotel. I recommend to take a room higher up with sea views. The rooms themselves are in excellent repair and good furniture. Lots of nice details. From the restaurant there is access to the supermarket, where among other things you can also buy all sorts of salads, pizzas, etc and take in the room or on the road.

The staff are amazing. Kind, funny, brave and going above and beyond to care for their guest despite the horror/pain they were facing themselves. They took excellent care of myself and my team. And when I left, I felt I was leaving a home and family. Please stay with them, you won’t regret it. I look forward to returning during more peaceful times. Part of my heart is still there!

I agree with comments, saying that the best days of this hotel have already passed, but still we had a great stay. Hotel/ room was cozy, spacious, cool (very important when its hot outside), with all the necessary equipment. Also location is good if you are interested in more silent surroundings (further from the center) and a sea nearby. Staff is friendly and helpful. Thank you!

The welcome at check in was not one of  the best My friend and I arrived at the hotel around midnight and the receptionist miss Ecaterina  a little asleep did not treat us very well. This hotel is perfectly located in the Arcadia district, the rooms are spacious and totally silent. the. Price is very affordable I recommend it

I had excellent nights sleep each and every night. Staff especially the manageress on reception were extremely friendly. Great breakfast buffet too. The waiter at breakfast, lunch and dinner never stopped working...a very efficient guy. Very good food menu generally. Overall excellent staff which always leave an excellent impression.

The Hotel is Brand new, but the Air-Condition in the Front Desk area is not cold enough., and make the room so hot and humid The Room is simple, I believe need to be decorated little bit, and it need a safety box. I stayed on the 10th floor with a view towards the mosque. The room had a good standard, was clean and I liked both bed and pillows. AC and wireless internet worked fine. Only issue with the room was the paper thin doors. If you have noisy people in the corridor you will be disturbed. Location is good. Check-in was a breeze. I never tried the breakfast. Check out was unfortunatley a bad experience...

Good service, clean and cozy, prices vary from reasonably low to high and correspond to quality. Located in the heart of Odessa, not far from the train station and about 30 minutes on foot from the sea.

Excellent location. Nice clean and comfortable rooms. A wonderful banquet was prepared for the new year. And with a good mood and excellent cuisine. Before leaving, we dined with them. Thanks to the chef, I liked everything. The pool is also pleased with warm water and a hot sauna. Thanks everyone !!!

I was only one night on a business trip in Odessa. Receptionist friendly, room ok, very loud, was not on the sea side, then opposite of a construction area of the next hotel. Breakfast limited. Nice and cosy bar, nice view from the restaurants but would not go second time to this hotel. Highlight of the stay: concierge drew me with a golf car to the parking 20m 😊

The hotel is great and friendly. The surrounding place could be noisy at night but the rooms are largely soundproof. Perhaps the best part of the hotel is a restaurant with an open terrace with the view to Opera House. Many thanks to waiter Kateryna for her excellent work!

When I booked the hotel I was not aware that the famous Opera is located just across the street and all most of Odesa monuments are in walking distance from the hotel so I was genuinely surprised. Very Beautiful and nice hotel! The rooms are very clean, neat and, staff is very friendly and helpful. Just inside the city center, it is easy to walk anywhere you need to go in Odessa and, about a block away from, entertainment, food and shopping! I very much enjoyed my stay and highly recommend the Mozart!

Get a room without windows if experiencing jet lag. Hotel is close to most all interesting downtown restaurants and the city garden. ATM here. Excellent front desk service. Parking available.

The hotel is nice. Inside the hotel a minimum of additional facilities. The location is perfect. Soundproofing not so bad, but could have been done better (corny entrance door to the room with a gap of almost a centimeter from the floor and all the radio chatter of the cleaners were heard at full capacity). Remote control centralized air conditioning is the most difficult thing I have ever seen...

Was here for a conference. Looks very respectable establishment in the city center. There is a restaurant patio. Liked the interior, comfortable armchairs, huge paintings on the wall. Clean and tidy. The staff is surprisingly pleasant.

Extremely pleasant hotel!!! We felt like in a family, in the times of war this hotel is functioning phenomenally well, people are friendly and breakfast is all you need! Bomb shelter is there and you can hide in underground swimming pool area. Light is never off, we felt safe in the hotel! I can only say amazing things about the staff and service at this place. It's located in a quiet street but super close to all the party and restaurant areas. The only reason I gave 4 and not 5 stars is because of internet connectivity that could have been stronger as I actually needed it for the days I was working and/or calling back home. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay and would be back again...

Spent here 2 nights in the end of the May. Clean, spacious rooms with a beautiful sea view. We had the room with the balcony and sofa. I guess these are the best rooms. The staff was courteous and friendly. Very good food. The only issue they have its with the parking space but this is also solvable. Next trip to Odessa will be staying also here for sure.

Amazing experience at this wonderful hotel. Staff are fabulous and very helpful. My girlfriend and I received a free upgrade to the Oriental style room on arrival, which was extremely well furnished and ornate. Bathroom was spotless and large. Breakfast was amazing and delicious, with plenty of freshly made options to order. We loved our stay here and will be back again!

I never thought such service exists in Ukraine. And yet it does indeed. I spent a week there and would gladly repeat next time I'm to Odessa. If you are not on tight budget and love Italian villa very close to the centre of Odessa and the sea think no more. This is the great place to stop by. You will enjoy all of it.

Quite good hotel for few nights max. Example business trip. Breakfast is ok. Not a lot of choice. The biggest disadvantage is isolation. You can hear the corridor and stuff in rooms that near.

As the whole service of the Black sea is poor. The kitchen is absolutely disgusting. Feeds people during conferences impossible. The coffee is nasty. But there are a few meeting rooms. You can organize events requiring separate premises.

Has Indian menu. But available only for dinner. You can call the reception and ask for the Indian menu. The rooms are spacious, clean. TV channels available only in local language.

In general not bad, clean, but getting older furniture, perfect location - the downtown, but silent place, delicious breakfast, friendly staff, I'd recommend the hotel, compare to so so apartments it would be really good choice. But in my opinion is not 4*, it's 3* according to the EU standards, such details like a heated towel rail and an air exhauster should work, not enough parking places, the bathroom...

Nice and cozy hotel not far from the city centre. Very good service. When I was in Odesa the weather was cold and unpleasant so London Hotel became the only positive thing in my trip. Thank you guys and girls! By the way, they have the best continental breakfast buffet I've tried in Odesa.

Central Nice old hotel, Very central. Quite a lot of traffic noise. Bar and cafeteria not open. But enough to choose from across the street. Nice old fashioned room with balcony.

The staff were all friendly. Location is prime for the city center. The room had a large balcony overlooking to the street but it was quiet and well shaded by the trees. It was s classic room with an actual key instead of a key card but that just adds to the charm. Having breakfast in the enclosed front terrace was a great way to start the day. I'll be happy to stay there again.

The rooms are very spacious and with the balconies reaching into the trees on the street, there's a calmness about the place that lays over all the fun things that are right there in Odesa.
