Great stop over stay, swimming pool was ideal for the kids after a long drive.

The pool, sauna and facilities are APPALLING and in bad state and needs urgent updating. Full of kids ruling the pool & jacuzzi and staff members don't care. Hygiene is not a top Priority

The staff were very friendly and the room was lovely and clean. Choice of food at the restaurant was also very good

Lovely stay in a great location. Friendly and helpful staff without exception, especially in the dining area and reception. The spa and gym are well maintained and lovely way to spend some relaxation time with friends.

The leisure facilities are lovely, with a heated swimming pool, steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, and spa

Another fantastic stay at the Hyatt Birmingham. The service from all of the staff was exemplary, kudos to the restaurant manager at breakfast who always ensures his team delivers the very best

Breakfast at the Hyatt is always a treat 😄 However some areas of the hotel do seem to be getting a bit tired and need an update considering the room cost

Great location – about a 5–6 minute walk from the train station, and Chinatown is right outside the hotel, so it’s very convenient for food and getting around

Room was spacious. Views were amazing. Staff were very helpful as I had a massive bouquet of flowers. 1 lady at Reception helped loads unfortunately we didn't get her name. Thank you.

Good location near grand central station and shopping center also not far from promenade. Friendly staff and clean rooms.

It's very conveniently located within walking distance of Birmingham New Street train station and right next to Chinatown, which is fantastic for those who love Chinese food

Great location at Chinatown and near New Street station. Room is carpeted so it is not cold when stepped on it but there is an odour in the room (maybe due to carpet)

The facilities fully met our needs, and the hot water was excellent. The staff are very friendly, and the hotel offers luggage storage

Helpful staff as needed help to remove the sim card from handphone. They helped to store luggage for free

Otherwise the staff are all really polite and helpful. Free swim/ gym pass for the university pool is a real nice touch. But a soft close on that door would be amazing

Bathroom nice , with good fluffy towels. I did think the products were likely watered down and the loo roll was the brown scratchy sort

I was on the second floor and only real complaint was that from 7am the main door slams, it’s like one of those sound cannons waking you up. Maybe a quiet shut be an easy fix

Very smooth checkin and comfortable beds made for a very pleasant stay near the city centre and within walking distance of attractions.

It was nice but there was to stay there. Calm and warm. Definitely will visit again

If were to have any complaints it would be that the rooms are a little small and the walls are paper thin. But all in all I really enjoyed my stay, the location is great and quite peaceful of an evening

My only complaint (which I didn't report) was my room smelt very fusty, not pleasant, but as I wasn't going to be in it long, didn't mention it

Booked family rooms - 1 bed and sofa bed.   Got changed to twins without hesitation. Good breakfast and free hot drinks in reception. Bathroom facilities good - hot water 👍

I have stayed at the Apollo a good few times. It was convient for parking, which was a bonus. , issues with the bedding, not very clean at times. carpets need cleaning regularly, to give confidence in your room

Apollo hotel in Birmingham is a highly recommended place to book. The staff are friendly the rooms are very clean the price is good for the stay. The hotel is near restaurants and transport services

Othe showering facilities not good. Breakfast okay now it's being prepared in the kitchen and brought out, as opposed to having a big open spread. That didn't suit the environment really

I arrived at the hotel and they told me that the lift was broken and my room was on second floor which was just a standard sleep room so they said they can move me to an apartment room on the first floor which was absolutely amazing I was extremely grateful

I got to experience like had the apartment when was it was amazing and I just love this hotel. I’ve been coming here for so long now and I’m just in love with it

It’s so like convenient and close to the city centre it’s so cheap as well so I think everybody should come here if they’re looking for a cheaper affordable hotel which gives off nice luxurious vibes

Good room, only problem was that there was no separate cubicle for shower. Both toilet and shower was in same place.

As it was a last minute trip, she guided us to the nearest steakhouse, bar and even stayed behind on her shift to help us

Good location for good rest, very nice staff and its close to the motorway. Room was warm and the breakfast was a bonus.

Me and my fiance went in to see if it would ve a venue for our wedding. The staff were polite and attentive and the hotel seemed well run. We were shown around and had a good discussion with the wedding manager.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Helped with the luggage.  Good sized room, very good shower but the room and bathroom was dusty. Required a thorough clean.  No lift to 1st floor and ground floor rooms not available.

Such a lovely hotel, staff were so helpful and pleasant, very comfortable nights sleep, room kept warm in spite of freezing temperatures outside, everything spotless.

Our room (one level higher than standard) was clean and spacious with a large bathroom and facilities including hairdryer and iron. The sausages and bacon at breakfast were better than the budget offerings in many hotels

Friendly staff on arrival and throughout. We were lucky enough to be given a free upgrade to a deluxe double for no particular reason. A lovely clean room ( thank you Gloria) with everything we needed

Excellent hotel, sleek by design, good quality rooms, and beautiful views. We will 100% be booking again as frequently in Birmingham. This is in my Top 2 hotels in the city based upon our experience on Friday.

The bed was very comfortable and linen was beautifully textured, they were also very considerate with towel as they insured that spare towels where provided

The room was absolutely beautiful, and the staff were exceptionally courteous, ensuring a smooth check in and that every need was thoughtfully attended to

Lovely hotel in an amazing location ruined by ‘sauna like’ hotel room, due to broken air con (which apparently had been broken for several months)

We felt disrespected and ignored. Unfortunately, this poor customer service and lack of responsiveness completely overshadowed what could have been a good stay. I do not recommend this hotel based on our experience
