Nice cosy stay, reception and staff at the breakfast area are brilliant. They are very helpful. Room is also clean and all amenities provided are up to mark. Our stay went pleasant and comfortable. Its very near to the station and walkable distance to eateries too. Surely will consider to rebook when we are back.

Short walk from railway station. excellent breakfast selection and complimentary coffee and papers at reception.

Located at the city centre - walking distance to train station and Utility Arena Birmingham. Romm size is good and on high floor and quiet. 5 min. walk to Museum and Art Galler and Victoria Square. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. Free WiFi. Free coffee, tea and hot chocolate at hotel lobby.

The location of the hotel is good. But there is still a pile of crackers in the room, and the cleaning is not clean enough. Moreover, I booked a family room for one night. The bed was not prepared. When I went back to the room at night, I found that I had to go to the front desk for help. Because it will take an hour for someone to reply through WhatsApp.

Booked family rooms - 1 bed and sofa bed .. not all rooms were suitable.
Got changed to twins without hesitation.

TV limited due to no volume.

Good breakfast and free hot drinks in reception.

Bathroom facilities good - hot water 👍

All staff awesome, location for utility arena brilliant just 5 minutes walk and very easy. Good selection for breakfast. Free hot drinks. My only complaint (which I didn't report) was my room smelt very fusty, not pleasant, but as I wasn't going to be in it long, didn't mention it. Other than that, room clean.

Location is great, few minutes walk into the center and to arena. Nice room but sofa bed wasn't comfy so my son struggled to sleep. Breakfast was nice and good for the money

Great location with parking underground. Room is spacious and clean.
The hotel provide drinking water with lemonade for free.
