Reviews
Staff are friendly, rooms kept clean, lots of things to do if you do not want to travel outside the hotel.
Would 100% recommend this hotel for anyone who is looking for the perfect break.
However some areas of the hotel do seem to be getting a bit tired and need an update considering the room cost.
However, my stay was let down by the fact that the room did not have a smart TV as mentioned on the website, which caused a lot of wasted time considering that I planned to stay in most of the times. The hotel eventually upgraded us (to a similar room just a few floors higher) after several contact made to reception and a long wait, but I’m grateful to Kenza for her assistance. On checkout, Nandini was very kind and offered support for my next visit as a gesture for the inconvenience.
There's also an issue with parking, which operates on a first come first serve basis. So if you park your car on day 1 and say you're staying for 3 days, you have to pay for the parking for 3 days ahead which is £27 for 24hr. During these days if you happen to take your car out and come back with no free parking space, you lose your money. Your slot is not reserved. It would be better if they charge us for parking when we are leaving the car park rather than making us pay in advance.
Overall, a comfortable hotel with excellent amenities, but clearer information on room facilities would have made the stay much smoother. I would have come better prepared.

I understand that a tip is welcomed. But to unknowingly to the customer put it on the bill and say nothing is a bit unacceptable by my standards.
This wouldn't of been an issue for me If I was asked for the "tip" to be placed on the bill or if I would want to tip at all.
I’d ordered the wrong dinner and they swapped it immediately without any fuss and even said we could keep that plate at no extra charge.
Portions were large and tasted amazing. Really recommend
Staff are lovely and attentive.
Can’t wait to go back and introduce our friends.
Well done Pushkar.
Light and clean contemporary decor. Will look to return one day
Air condition set up little bit cold, the food is very good, staff is very polite and the atmosphere is nice.
I would have a proper coffee menu (italian restaurant)
at the end but there's not much choice so I rate 3 stars for that.
