Great Location✔️
Very Clean✔️
Friendly Staff✔️
Easy Check-in and Check-out✔️
Great Breakfast(vegetarian and dairy-free options included)✔️
Good hotel and staff I was I’ll whilst there and the staff did all they could to help me
It's a really good location. It's on the new street, which is the main shopping and tourist area in Birmingham.
They have paid parking, charging about £15 a night, which seems to be the standard for all the hotels in the area.
They could probably improve the service by offering a few complimentary items like water bottles and toiletries. However, it's unclear why other branches of Hampton by Hilton...
This hotel is ideally situated in Broad Street, a bus and tram ride from the city centre.A vibrant and busy environment that one feels comfortable in.The hotel itself is a fantastic place to stay, and was very surprised at the price, only for one night that is but excellent value for money. A complimentary breakfast included as well, sets you off for the day.. Thankyou Hampton By Hilton, will continue...
Hotel is in a great position at the top of Broad Street, greeted with a smile at reception and the room was ready early which was a bonus.
The twin room was on the 15th floor with great views over Edgbaston. The only fault was the bathroom door was very heavy and wouldn’t close. This was reported and reception did offer to move us but we had already unpacked.
The biggest disappointment was breakfast...
Lovely hotel in a great location especially if coming for nightlife. Staff friendly, good breakfast choice, nice room. Only issue was the blind didnt work in the room. Which didnt bother us too much as we arrived late and was leaving early.

I would like to share feedback regarding my recent stay. My check-in experience at the snow hill Birmingham holiday in express from Sunday the 12th April was excellent thanks to Ice, who was incredibly friendly, helpful, and informative. However, the check-out process on Monday the 13th April was disappointing due to a lack of consistency. I observed the receptionist allow the gentleman ahead of me...
Basic hotel breakfast is just average
very helpful informative on arrival , breakfast was very good , room was really lovely and clean bed was so comfortable thanks
The hotel is well located in the town centre within walking distance of Snow Hill train station. The hotel seems to be sound proofed as you cannot hear the traffic as the hotel is on the main road. The price was very good £156 for 3 nights including breakfast. I would definitely recommend.
Excellent stay. Breakfast great. Staff couldn’t do enough for you. Close to the city centre. Would definitely stay again. We were on 16th floor. Great views.
This hotal was lovely we had to do a late check in after 9 clock as we got hear late but the staff service was fantastic very helpful and very polite would definitely stay hear again breakfast was a buffet breakfast help your self the only thing they didt have was fried eggs but they had scrambled egg thy had tea coffee hot chocolate machine and also help your self to apple juice orange juice lots...

Birmingham, New St (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Hotel in the center of Birmingham. Close to Birmingham New Street station. Cleanliness could be improved. Staff were kind. Excellent location.
appalling pressure emails to check in on line - which I ignored- cheerful efficient receptionist booked me in despite emails received a day or so before indicating that not checking in on line might cause difficulties. still only one lift working (seems a long term problem). allocated room on 5 th floor - corridors well carpeted, clean, and rather posh! room clearly upgraded and very nice with posh...
Toilet is not clean Properly..
The Weater was very nice food Outstanding love this place
It. Was an average stay for one night but better than our last stay, bit noisy as out front new street, but was okay for a night's stay. Would come back if needed too. Due to price and close to train station
Stayed for 2 nights. Second night my elderly mother and aunt had water coming through their ceiling. They called reception who advised them to come down to reception. The water was so bad they had to change rooms at 01:00 in the morning. What kind of a hotel has 2 seventy plus ladies come down to the reception at 01:00 in the morning. To make it worse we complained verbally and through email and have...

The location is great but the wall is too thin. Couldn’t sleep well as I can literally hear when people move around or open/shut the door
very good location within China town, lots of nice restaurants and cafe around, closed to the train station too. room is big, but only with basic facilities, which is enough for a night. Service is good, very friendly
very comfortable and great for staying
The hotel is really nice with the fresh made breakfast in the morning.
The location of the hotel is very good as it is near thr New Street Station. The room is clean and tidy. The breakfast is amazingly.
It's very conveniently located within walking distance of Birmingham New Street train station and right next to Chinatown, which is fantastic for those who love Chinese food. The facilities fully met our needs, and the hot water was excellent. The staff are very friendly, and the hotel offers luggage storage.

Nice cosy stay, reception and staff at the breakfast area are brilliant. They are very helpful. Room is also clean and all amenities provided are up to mark. Our stay went pleasant and comfortable. Its very near to the station and walkable distance to eateries too. Surely will consider to rebook when we are back.
Short walk from railway station. excellent breakfast selection and complimentary coffee and papers at reception.
Located at the city centre - walking distance to train station and Utility Arena Birmingham. Romm size is good and on high floor and quiet. 5 min. walk to Museum and Art Galler and Victoria Square. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. Free WiFi. Free coffee, tea and hot chocolate at hotel lobby.
The location of the hotel is good. But there is still a pile of crackers in the room, and the cleaning is not clean enough. Moreover, I booked a family room for one night. The bed was not prepared. When I went back to the room at night, I found that I had to go to the front desk for help. Because it will take an hour for someone to reply through WhatsApp.
Booked family rooms - 1 bed and sofa bed .. not all rooms were suitable.
Got changed to twins without hesitation.
TV limited due to no volume.
Good breakfast and free hot drinks in reception.
Bathroom facilities good - hot water 👍
All staff awesome, location for utility arena brilliant just 5 minutes walk and very easy. Good selection for breakfast. Free hot drinks. My only complaint (which I didn't report) was my room smelt very fusty, not pleasant, but as I wasn't going to be in it long, didn't mention it. Other than that, room clean.

Good location but needs some TLC
The hotel service was excellent; the staff were friendly and proactively helped resolve any issues. Every employee was very polite, and their smiling service made me feel very comfortable. My stay was truly wonderful.

It’s a good hotel just a bit hard to find due to the wrong postcode on the website
Very money making. Never listened to me when explained I’d IHG membership and had requested late check out. Just dismissed as I’d booked through trip.com.
Good location for good rest, very nice staff and its close to the motorway. Room was warm and the breakfast was a bonus.

Hotel was good with spacious bed , tv, pretty big bathroom and toilet , with kettle and some snacks for guests
Good hotel, breakfast was brilliant.
Because my flight was late setting off from Dubai by one and a half hours. I missed by connecting flight from Istanbul and had a get a flight the day after.
When I arrived in Birmingham the next day and went to the hotel they said my both days have been cancelled and I had to rebook again which cost me another £120. They told me to take it up with Trip.com. Which was very disappointing.

Nice room, value for money, basic amenities provided. Good walking distance within 10 mins to Bull Ring.
The location is very nice, which you could just walk few minutes to the big train station.
The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with a modern and stylish feel throughout. The staff were warm, welcoming, and very helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Its location right in the city centre was perfect, everything was easily accessible, making it a great choice for convenience and comfort. I would definitely stay here again.
Went with my daughter. as we were seeing Fatboy Slim at the O2 and it’s location to there is literally around the corner and not far from the station or the shopping centre. It is very modern and clean and the bed was so comfy with gorgeous crisp white cotton sheets . Will definitely be going g back when we go to the 02 again!
The location was great, with many shops nearby, making it a convenient base for exploring. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay.
This was the third time staying at the hotel and again the service and room were excellent. Very quiet and a really good sleep.

Location is unique and service is great. Breakfast was really nice and varied.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Cleanliness is something I look for when staying in hotels, and this place was absolutely spotless, can’t fault it one bit.
The staff were friendly and very helpful which made the experience even better.
Bus stop 5 min walk from hotel that gets you into the city centre.
Highly recommend!
The hotel is easily accessible. The room is large enough. The breakfest was good. The car is parked on the hotelparking. For a short stop it is good. We had just a stop on the way south.
The environment is quite nice, with natural scenery and fountains, giving it a castle-like feel. The breakfast selection is quite rich, and overall, it's a good experience. It's very suitable for a relaxing family trip.
This place was a great location, absolutely beautiful castle, and comfortable room. Clean, nice staff, and while it is seemingly a very busy wedding venue you can still take time to look throughout the beautiful old building and nice garden outside. Our slight issue with some of the lighting was spoken about in person to the staff who were open and listened, which we appreciated. Enjoyed the bar and...
I looked it up online, and apparently, it used to be a count's castle, even housing soldiers during WWI before being abandoned and later renovated to reopen. Compared to chain hotels at a similar price point, the only advantage is the larger rooms; everything else, like the outdated facilities and lack of an elevator, isn't great. However, as a unique experience during our trip, it was still worthwhile...

Nice and clean room we have
Great location close to the train
My room although a little dated was clean & pretty comfortable. Bedding & towels were both fresh and nice smelling. Bed was comfortable too
I stayed in room 209 which didn't have a vanity mirror help when doing my hair and make-up. There was a mirror in the bathroom but obviously there weren't any electric sockets for a hairdryer or straighteners

Staff very friendly and helpful. Helped with the luggage.
Good sized room, very good shower but the room and bathroom was dusty. Required a thorough clean.
No lift to 1st floor and ground floor rooms not available.
Such a lovely hotel, staff were so helpful and pleasant, very comfortable nights sleep, room kept warm in spite of freezing temperatures outside, everything spotless.
I found the room was clean tidy and adequate at the price point unfortunately there was a problem with the heating and it was an extremely cold night. I was provided with a small electric heater but it wasn’t the best night for me. Also probably my own fault but I didn’t realise until my booking confirmation that there was a separate charge (£15) for parking.
Staff were friendly and helpful and the old part of the hotel where we stayed was full of gorgeous oak panelling and high-ceilings rooms with cornicing. Our room (one level higher than standard) was clean and spacious with a large bathroom and facilities including hairdryer and iron. The sausages and bacon at breakfast were better than the budget offerings in many hotels. The shower we easily the best...
I had to pay for breakfast and also the parking is not free unless you book it through the hotel.

Fantastic place ! Enjoying our friends reunion! We were lucky to receive some amazing stickers and the service has been excellent! We highly recommend this place for friends couples and families ! Love Yourself !
The hotel rooms were clean and tidy. The staff were very welcoming and friendly as well.
Not much to fault with this hotel. Clean room, friendly staff and right where I needed to be. It's about 2km from City centre and a long walk or a taxi ride if you are not familiar with Birmingham. I went for the football, as the stadium is just up the road. If you are not a football fan check the dates as the bar area can get a little lively on match days. Really good experience all round.
Although the bed wasn't the comfiest, we did enjoy our stay here. The set up of the room was really cool and the bathroom is almost like a capsule with a stand in shower inside. The location is about a 5 min drive from the Bullring or a 30 minute walk. The staff were friendly and the hotel looked clean.
Reception staff we're very friendly. Nice breakfast variety. The room was lovely, the bed was really comfortable. Had a desk and chair so I could do some work. Internet was free (just have to register your email) that was a bonus!! The water and heating was nice and hot.
We spent 4 nights at the hotel and overall were very happy and satisfied with our experience. The room was clean, well equipped, spacious and comfortable enough to stay in. My wife and I are just home from our first trip to Clover Spa - an overnight stay in the hotel with plenty of time spent at the spa. Such a magical place - not big, by any standard but don't let that put you off. There's plenty to do and enough suave for everyone. The staff are incredible - a special shout out to Martin who might just be the kindest, most helpful person we've ever met. We really loved...
First visit was an overnight stay with my fiancé. From the moment we arrived and were shown to our cosy but perfect room and shown around by the very helpful Lisa. Facilities are first class and spotless. Food was good value and tasty. Really appreciated being delivered drinks in the hot tub. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Can't wait to go back!
This was my first time to visit a naturist hotel, i have visited one that had a naturist island. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. My room was comfortable. The spa area was relaxing with just about the right number of people. Breakfast was simple but good. I'll be visiting again.
Another very relaxing and enjoyable couple's day in February at Clover with a great atmosphere and company - both old and new. There is always a great mix of people. I'm currently on a long-term contract delivering the new stations in Birmingham, Mosley station King's Heath station and pineapple road. I have the choice of many good quality hotels in Birmingham, but my preference will be the Edgbaston park hotel. The reason for this is, each time i arrive at the hotel reception I'm greeted with a very warm welcome. The staff never rush you. The Rooms I've stayed...
This isn't the best hotel I've been to. First of all, the hallway reeks of some strange smell. The room was cramped when I was with 3 people, 2 kids. Speaking of kids, my 2 year old daughter's bed is a safety hazard as there are no bars to protect her from rolling off the bed. And the beds are NOT comfortable. Finally, on the bad things, the location is horrible! There are no restaurants or convenience...

Great location, close to Birmingham centre and easy to find and reach via public transport. The family room in the west wing was spotless, almost brand new! The cooked breakfast was small, but the cereal/pastries and fruit were plentiful and fresh...
On arrival the staff were very professional and welcoming even when dealing with other customers, you could see it was the same treatment. When in the room it was very clean and well put together, there were even sanitary bags in the bathroom and the kettle was a Russell Hobbs not just a cheap standard one.

We had an excellent stay here. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. The staff were friendly and professional, and the facilities were great. Everything exceeded our expectations. Would definitely stay again!
The one bedroom suite room is spacious for 2 to stay for few days. The kitchenette has the basic items and cutleries for simple cooking. Daily complimentary breakfast has all the basic breakfast items.
Location is very close to Birmingham New Street Station. Lots of shops and restaurant nearby and easy access to China town too.
Overall, a decent stay. The room was fine but a bit dated and could do with some updating. Breakfast was okay, and it was nice that they offered snacks during the evening social event. The laundry facilities were useful, although they could have been cleaner. Service was generally fine, staff were helpful when needed.
Very good central location , close to shops and restaurants. Very good room with all facilities . Definitely will stay again
Use this hotel every time we stay in Birmingham, can't really fault anything. Great location for bars and restaurants. Staff always extremely friendly..
Everything is just perfect and up to our expectation, especially the in-room kitchen! Although the kitchenette is not too big in size, it is well-equipped with all basic kitchenware & utensils you need. Thanks to this, we've made several meals ourselves and saved a great deal during our 3-night stay!
