There was no hot water across the hotel when we arrived. They didn't tell us in check-in and said there was a sign instead. They didn't bother to use initiative and keep gym pool shower changing rooms available instead, as they needed member of staff to be present !! Not well organised during this incident. Was ok, Nothing amazing. Parking is free which is nice. Breakfast is decent. My Room was ok I booked a Double Bed but got two Single Beds pushed together which i don't like. Bathroom was abit poky. Bar Area is ok Good Selection of Draughts. Had a Beefburger wasn't the best i've ever had.

The location is excellent, right next to Birmingham New Street Station, and Chinatown is just a 500-meter walk away. This is my second stay here, and the hotel's amenities and services have definitely improved. The Starbucks bar in the lobby (which sells more than just coffee) and the parking garage in the back are both incredibly convenient.

They have paid parking, charging about £15 a night, which seems to be the standard for all the hotels in the area. Hotel is in a great position at the top of Broad Street, greeted with a smile at reception and the room was ready early which was a bonus.  The twin room was on the 15th floor with great views over Edgbaston. Lovely hotel in a great location especially if coming for nightlife. Staff friendly, good breakfast choice, nice room. Only issue was the blind didnt work in the room. Which didnt bother us too much as we arrived late and was leaving early.

For a solo traveler the rooms are tiny and often side rooms on the floor. The restaurant is usually busy with outsiders so may need booking or room service is an option. Parking is not available and you may need to book that separately however it’s very near so ok.

Always a delight staying at Park Regis, definitely love this hotel and it’s my favourite place to stay when in Brum. The breakfast is also a highlight, absolutely amazing.

Excellent location for Symphony Hall. Friendly check-in experience, although when we left there was no enquiry as to whether all had been well with our stay. Room had all we needed but unfortunately the bathroom was very chilly. Enjoyed the breakfast, especially the cooked to order omelettes. We have stayed here before and will do so again when visiting Symphony Hall.

Great location – about a 5–6 minute walk from the train station, and Chinatown is right outside the hotel, so it’s very convenient for food and getting around. The room was quite spacious, which was nice since I stayed here with my partner for a Valentine’s Day trip. That said, the facilities feel a bit outdated, and the water pressure and temperature in the bathroom weren’t very stable.

The location of this hotel is great. Its a short walk to Bullring Shopping Centre and the main train station. This is a typical 4-star hotel so facilities wise is typical of a comparable hotel. This is the second time we stayed in this hotel and we have booked to stay there again in February.

The hotel is well located in the town centre within walking distance of Snow Hill train station. The hotel seems to be sound proofed as you cannot hear the traffic as the hotel is on the main road. The price was very good £156 for 3 nights including breakfast. I would definitely recommend.

It was a great place in terms of cleaning, services and amenities. The location is great for business because it's close to the university and the train station as well. Also they provide parking spots which is great. The location is close to the centre during busy and rush hour time, you may need to prepare yourself in advance. Overall I recommend it.

I use this hotel due to its convenient location, being within walking distance of the QE Hospital. I have always had a very warm welcome on checkin and in the bar and restaurant. The rooms are comfortable and a decent size. The only thing missing is a mini-fridge. There is also a gym (not onsite) which you have access to. Car parking is free, which is a bonus.

Forget about WiFi because it doesn’t work, the shover drains was smelling really bad. Buy your own toilet paper they leave there just the recycle one. The mattress thickness is ridiculous, like a camping mattress. I got the room with twin beds on ground floor and wasn’t pleased about it.

It was generally a good stay. The only two issues I had this time were: 1- The shower drain was almost blocked. It took me ages to take my shower as the water was about to flood and I had to clise the water and wait for it to be emptied before I could open the water again. 2- the was not enough toilet paper.

A short walk away from the train station, the hotel was a little bit tricky to find it being tucked into the University Campus, but I was happy with the room as a whole. The pictures admittedly made the room appear bigger than it was, but for my stay, it was very sufficient. Comfy bed, good shower, pop-up desk for me to do work in the room.

The location of the hotel is good. But there is still a pile of crackers in the room, and the cleaning is not clean enough. Moreover, I booked a family room for one night. The bed was not prepared. When I went back to the room at night, I found that I had to go to the front desk for help. Because it will take an hour for someone to reply through WhatsApp.

My only complaint (which I didn't report) was my room smelt very fusty, not pleasant, but as I wasn't going to be in it long, didn't mention it. Other than that, room clean.
