There was no hot water across the hotel when we arrived. They didn't tell us in check-in and said there was a sign instead. Was ok, Nothing amazing. Parking is free which is nice. Breakfast is decent. My Room was ok I booked a Double Bed but got two Single Beds pushed together which i don't like. Bathroom was abit poky. Bar Area is ok Good Selection of Draughts. Had a Beefburger wasn't the best i've ever had.

Rooms nice size, very clean and well equipped with kettle and tea/coffee making facilities, good breakfast with good selection.

Another fantastic stay at the Hyatt Birmingham. The service from all of the staff was exemplary, kudos to the restaurant manager at breakfast who always ensures his team delivers the very best. This is the only hotel to stay at in Birmingham

The Crowne Plaza is close to Birmingham New Street station and it was such a joy to stay in. It is clean, modern, spacious and the staff are really helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

The location is excellent, right next to Birmingham New Street Station, and Chinatown is just a 500-meter walk away. This is my second stay here, and the hotel's amenities and services have definitely improved. The Starbucks bar in the lobby (which sells more than just coffee) and the parking garage in the back are both incredibly convenient.

Really good hotel started for first time and it was peaceful. Good service from desk and breakfast and my room was upgraded but the bathroom could have used more cleaning. Breakfast was delicious would stay here again but a little expensive.

For a solo traveler the rooms are tiny and often side rooms on the floor. The restaurant is usually busy with outsiders so may need booking or room service is an option. Parking is not available and you may need to book that separately however it’s very near so ok.

Always a delight staying at Park Regis, definitely love this hotel and it’s my favourite place to stay when in Brum. The breakfast is also a highlight, absolutely amazing.

Excellent location for Symphony Hall. Friendly check-in experience, although when we left there was no enquiry as to whether all had been well with our stay. Room had all we needed but unfortunately the bathroom was very chilly. Enjoyed the breakfast, especially the cooked to order omelettes. We have stayed here before and will do so again when visiting Symphony Hall.

Great location – about a 5–6 minute walk from the train station, and Chinatown is right outside the hotel, so it’s very convenient for food and getting around. The room was quite spacious, which was nice since I stayed here with my partner for a Valentine’s Day trip. That said, the facilities feel a bit outdated, and the water pressure and temperature in the bathroom weren’t very stable.

The location of this hotel is great. Its a short walk to Bullring Shopping Centre and the main train station. This is a typical 4-star hotel so facilities wise is typical of a comparable hotel. This is the second time we stayed in this hotel and we have booked to stay there again in February.

It was a great place in terms of cleaning, services and amenities. The location is great for business because it's close to the university and the train station as well. Also they provide parking spots which is great. The location is close to the centre during busy and rush hour time, you may need to prepare yourself in advance. Overall I recommend it.

I use this hotel due to its convenient location, being within walking distance of the QE Hospital. I have always had a very warm welcome on checkin and in the bar and restaurant. The rooms are comfortable and a decent size. The only thing missing is a mini-fridge. There is also a gym (not onsite) which you have access to. Car parking is free, which is a bonus.

It was generally a good stay. The only two issues I had this time were: 1- The shower drain was almost blocked. It took me ages to take my shower as the water was about to flood and I had to clise the water and wait for it to be emptied before I could open the water again. 2- the was not enough toilet paper.

A short walk away from the train station, the hotel was a little bit tricky to find it being tucked into the University Campus, but I was happy with the room as a whole. The pictures admittedly made the room appear bigger than it was, but for my stay, it was very sufficient. Comfy bed, good shower, pop-up desk for me to do work in the room.

Nice big hotel located on Hagley road, outer rooms on the curve are lovely big and have plenty of space. However the internal rooms on the inside of the curve are remarkably smaller and feel much less inviting. However regardless, staff are lovely and the bar/restaurant are good but a little pricey.

The hotel is located outside Birmingham city centre but there is a handy bus stop just in front 9f the hotel connecting with Birmingham New Street. The hotel is not modern but clean and value for money. The bed is comfortable and the usual Kettle, Coffee and Tea are available. Breakfast was good and more than sufficient. Unless you need to be in the centre this hotel is certainly worth a stay.

Really enjoyed my stay at the strathallan. Some rooms are a bit dated but If you upgrade to the nicer rooms you definitely get what you pay for. Still overall a good hotel for the price point and good location

The hotel doesn't look up to much from the outside as it's in much need of some TLC but the reception area was a pleasant surprise & the lady in the desk was lovely. The room was small but very nice & did the job for the night at a very good price. We had a full English breakfast in the morning for an additional £10 and it was an all you can buffet style and was good.
