Really good hotel started for first time and it was peaceful. Good service from desk and breakfast and my room was upgraded but the bathroom could have used more cleaning. Breakfast was delicious would stay here again but a little expensive.

Check in process and check out process were smooth since it was already paid in advance. There were no dental kits and when asked they said they will charge us. No water in the room. I’ll never recommend this hotel to anyone. Paid a lot for 2 connecting rooms but extremely tiny rooms with poor old carpet that is so slippery that you will fall at least twice . Worst experience ! Fortunately, we stayed only for a night

For a solo traveler the rooms are tiny and often side rooms on the floor. The restaurant is usually busy with outsiders so may need booking or room service is an option. Parking is not available and you may need to book that separately however it’s very near so ok.

Always a delight staying at Park Regis, definitely love this hotel and it’s my favourite place to stay when in Brum. The breakfast is also a highlight, absolutely amazing.

My first meeting with a client was on the terrace, the service was good, but what a setting. I felt completely safe. The client was pleased and felt comfortable since this was her first meeting. Good PR, I think I found my office in the city center.

Great hotel. The rooms are modern and the showers are fantastic. Large bar with terrace and even a DJ to provide the music. Bar service was a little slow but the food was great. We had a picnic in the park, sharing plates. Arrived in a wicker basket! I'll be back again

It's not the best hotel on the street. It's very expensive, and breakfast £18 each and we did return throughout our stay. The food was very poor. Weatherspoon was a lot cheaper and nicer. Communal lights on my corridor did not function as it should. I booked a deluxe room, which is basic. No shaver plug in inside the bathroom. TV isn't smart. The bathroom was very clean. These days, they struggle to charge the costs to my room. Communal shared areas are great but rooms very basic.

Casino is great and inside staff are excellent however the staff at the reception went you first enter from broad street or the car park are incredibly rude. I parked in the car park and walked through to go to dinner first before going to the casino after and the attitude from the receptionist was terrible. If they have a problem with people walking through the building who are not using the casino then there should be clear signs stating so.

Not my favourite casino. the customer service from one receptionist was shocking she accused my autistic friend of being drunk despite the fact he hadnt had a single drink. In the end she refused him entry. Been there on other occassions the food is bland along with the array of terrible slot machines. One regular said the progressive had been stuck on maximum for months and hes lost 1000s..
