The hotel was perfectly situated across the road from the train station and within easy walking distance of the town centre. We were checked in by Amber, who was so friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. Breakfast was included in the price and the buffet provided was plentiful. Definitely would stay again!

Opposite Temple meads station on the main ain road, there is parking but be careful as the entrance is immediately at the end of the building and is not obvious. Night staff were very accommodating and helped with bags.
Breakfast was included and set us up for the day.

Really good stay. Nice to have the option of two single beds in a twin room.
Excellent size bathroom.
Room clean.
Nice location for Temple Meads, about 20 mins walk to the centre of Bristol.

After hours of travelling from abroad we needed somewhere that was close to the railway station to travel home the following day .on arrival very late at night from checking in to being in our room was within 5 minutes. Room very clean tea and coffee amenities the bed fabulous couldn't fault it very clean and comfortable as was the room air con was great due to traveling and being tired we felt very cold that was soon corrected with the heating of the air con traveling early meant we were too early for breakfast although we were offered breakfast to take away with us staff cheerful and friendly .highly recommend

Welcomed and accommodated well by the lady reception. Given an early check in and even offered a late check out. Room is old and attached heater is out of order but we found a portable heater on the side. No phone in the room, not sure why - if any concerns you need to go down to the reception instead of calling them. Location wise is superb, just a walking distance to train station and bus stop.

The location is near the train station, and 25 minutes walking distance from the city centre. Staff are nice and helpful. Just the room itself is a bit old.

Excellent location, we were going to a concert at the Colston Hall. Right by the railway station, not too far to walk to the city centre.
Staff were lovely and very helpful. The singing coming from the kitchen area at breakfast was entertaining, but I wouldn't recommend the young lady give up her day job just yet 😉

Tax problems aside, this is quite a good cafe near the station. Lots of room upstairs and they claim they also do table service now too. Coffee is good, but the macchiatto is very milky, more of a small latte, so avoid! Cakes are good, but expensive for the small portions. Invariably, they won't get your name right, but that adds to the fun.

Beautiful location with very nice upstairs loft.
Wifi has decent speeds with no connectivity issues
The main problem for me is that the space is not very laptop friendly if you have work to do.
There are plugs along the bench but the tables are below knee hight so very uncomfortable to use.

There is a large table which would be great but no plugs.

The best staff of any Starbucks I've been to. Ricky still remembers my name after me not coming here for 2 years. Was lovely to catch up and feel at home again. 5 star service from Ricky for sure!
