Close to all the shops and restaurants. Great location. Walking distance to park and high street. Good and modern.

Grubby carpet, squeaky cheap bed, poor pillows, bad shower water pressure. ******* room lighting design that only allows all lights on or off, no reading lights. Refused late checkout despite requesting at booking time.

A comfortable enough stay at the Future Inn. Though our room was a bit noisy from constant traffic outside on busy multi lane road. We had requested a room facing the rear but one may not have been available - though we remarked that the hotel did not seem busy.We appreciated the easy parking arrangements. And the buffet breakfast was well above average for this type of hotel. On a previous stay our room was showing definite signs of wear and tear, but on this occasion we thought the standard of decor etc was a little higher. Would stay again if we could do so for a fair price.

Arrived at the hotel all ok but when we got to the room it was cold and dirty but didn’t have time to change as was here for a family wedding but yes side board was sticky and skirting boards was dirty and even had what looked like mud on it

Awful stay.. people fighting outside the room throughout the night. Security didn't seem to sort it out. Banging shouting upset children sat outside the room when parents argued. From 11pm till 9am next morning- checkout early.

Really loved the place had a balcony and 24 hour room service nice and warm bath was lush needed to be a bit bigger but was lovely

Not the best room. Shower was poor and had black mould on the shower head and room was very cold Dispite all efforts to turn some kind of heat on .

Ordered various meals for £30. 2x wrap meals and veg deluxe were abcent. £10 rip off.

Tried to call the branch, no one answered.

App complain system useless - "a member of our team will contact you in 24hrs"

Never had such a problem with kebab shop deliveries.

Ordered chicken selects with the sour cream dip, and an Oreo mcflurry. Didn’t get the dip which upset me as that was the only reason I ordered chicken selects. And the McFlurry, well I wish I got it half price seems it had half a cup of ice cream and like 2-3 pieces of Oreo in total. Will not be ordering from this satanic place again

Your staff room very polite Curtius. Stress Leavel was so high. The new layout out of order and collect is so disorganised . Where do u stand people really so unsure especially us older generation. And now today was told u started thing home delivery how crazy and lazy can one get . Your lady who was trying to get people to stand in cues to get people off of the steeps and the lady who was trying to keep the tables cleared and clean and the lovely young girl with the pinkish hair need a mention they worked like troopers

New order system is frankly a little ridiculous and automated machines often fail to produce a receipt. The food is as you’d expect and it’s reasonable large ‘restaurant’. Can be nice and quick when it’s not busy - but due to location this is rare.
