Had the most amazing experience staying at this hotel! Perfect location and the service was 10/10. The spa was a really nice treat to finish the trip. We will be back!

Lovely hotel, great location, Room upgrades foc which was a bonus, disappointed that the hot tub jets wasn’t working and was also disappointed that on advice by the hotel told to use park street car park, I was parked for less than 24hrs and charged £58!! I nearly fainted.. absolutely extortionate.

Roof bar shut , don’t have many beers available from menu and burger overcooked and dry. Great location Parking extremely expensive

Lovely venue and room
The rooms are lovely, views amazing and I used to stay here frequently a few years ago, so was an easy go to when visiting Cambridge after being away for several years.
My challenge was the level of noise that disturbed me overnight, I am a light sleeper so used to being disturbed, however it was several times during the night and early hours. Usually a small lie in keeps me going however again the noise disturbance prevented that too … I wasn’t asked how my stay was to provide feedback as I checked out … or I would have done and may have just been the room I booked which was beautifully decorated, comfy bed, great temp control and spacious … I should take ear plugs with me and be able to give a glowing report as everything else was great

The hotel is a nice hotel, the staff were very friendly and efficient, it’s a great location for everything in Cambridge. The room was excellent.
The food in “Six” was not very good. We ordered 4 different starters, as a snack - Tapas style, however they were all poor, and you could buy better at M&S.

Poor service and poky rooms
Very expensive and not worth the money. Rooms are small for the price you pay. Rooftop cocktail bar had very unhelpful staff - disappointing that all the cocktails were from premixed bags and you could only order from the limited drinks menu. Took a month for my £50 holding deposit to be returned. Avoid.

The reservation was for a spa hotel, but all the spa treatments booked for multiple days were broken, and the customer was not notified in advance.

Upscale and trendy. Food was good but the selection was limited for vegetarians (if you don't care for mushrooms you're out of luck). Great service - reservations are strongly recommended.

Lunch with family beautifully cooked food. Attentive service and a great location. I had king prawn and crab linguine and I was particularly impressed by this as there was plenty of crab and a generous helping of king prawns. Husbands veggie option much enjoyed.

So great! Found by accident today on a trip to Cambridge. Amazing food. Really good service and lovely staff. I got the marinated monkfish and prawn coconut curry and it was sublime. Prawns cooked to perfection with 3 chunks of beautiful monkfish. The sauce was delicious! My husband got the mussels and a beetroot mango salad all of which were great! So glad we didn't go to a chain. This is a must if you are about!!

My favourite Cambridge restaurant. Impeccable sevice, beautifully presented meals, at reasonable prices. I don't eat fish, so particularly like their chicken dishes. Good wine list. Two smoke free balconies above the river, small, unreserved tables. The lower one is right at punt level!

Very friendly staff. It's a cozy, well-decorated place with a view of the river Cam. They have a lower balcony which allows you to have a seat outside even when it's raining a bit. Food is delicious and reasonably priced. Steak was perfectly cooked and the sauce is one of the best sauce I've ever tasted.

Good Swordfish and nice lamb meat. Seafood risotto was also very nice. The tiramissu and coffee with amaretto was lovely.

Nice location (the restaurant is located along the river). Nevertheless I found it closed several nights during the week (even if in the website it's written that it's closed only on Mondays...). Moreover after 21.30 you can order just pizzas....

Our group of five arrived for lunch and were warmly welcomed. The service throughout was friendly and efficient, but never pushy. The food was very good, particularly the salads and the beautifully presented desserts. The location is lovely. This is a restaurant I definitely want to re-visit soon.
