Well located, near of many principal places of interest in London, Green Park station is at 4 minutes walk.
Clean comfortable apartments and a very nice and helpful manager.

All plumbing is in bad condition. Took two flushes to clear the toilet. Not hot water in the shower for two of three days we stayed and maintenance did not fix it after being reported. Front desk was great at trying to accommodate needs, but they can't control other departments that let the experience go sideways. The location is also near several trendy nightlife spots for the Lebanese population and their embassy, so it is not quiet at night.

The kitchen was equipped for limited cooking. There was an oven/microwave combo but the microwave was difficult to use. We were able to heat up food but we certainly couldn’t cook a meal . The room was clean . Staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the neighborhood and easy access to Green Park tube and buses .

Facilities: The facilities meet all needs. The kitchen is right inside the entrance and fully equipped with an oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and all necessary pots, pans, and dishes. The living room area is spacious, with a dining table. The living room window and balcony offer street views, and the soundproofing is excellent; with the windows closed, you can't hear any street noise. The bedroom is large with ample storage space for clothes. The bathroom has double sinks, a bathtub, and a shower.

Cleanliness: The cleanliness is excellent; everything is spotless. Even after cleaning with alcohol wipes, there was no dust. As it's a serviced apartment, cleaning is done daily, even the oven.

Environment: The location is excellent, just a five-minute walk from Green Park subway station. There are two large supermarkets nearby, M&S and Tesco, and many restaurants and cafes downstairs. It's close to major attractions in the city center, within walking or bus distance.

Service: The service is worth the room rate. The front desk offers free luggage storage, the staff are friendly and proactive in resolving issues, and the cleaning staff work diligently every day. Even checking in tomorrow feels like the first day. Very satisfied.

Some things to note: Because it's an older apartment building, the elevator is a bit small and makes noise, which can be heard from the kitchen near the entrance. If you're sensitive to noise, this is something to consider.

Personally, I would definitely stay at this apartment again on my next trip to London; everything was wonderful!

The staff here is unbelievable. I've never encountered service so good as both of the front desk agents and the cleaner--everyone was on my team and so helpful in my jet lagged state. Will be staying here again any chance I get--plus the rooms are huge and the building as a whole is so charming

I had a lovely visit. The apartments are huge with living, small kitchen, bedroom and bath, each room sizeable (well, the kitchen is a step-saver, but plenty of space). Front desk, both staff members were cordial, kind, and efficient. Everything is close by with a grocery on the next block, 20 mid-level eats 1/2 block away and high-end same block. Walk to Fortnum, the Palace, etc.. Parking 2 blocks away and in an inexpensive underground on Chesterfield. Top Notch and cant wait to stay here again

Would stay again
It was great , good location and easy to get to places I was going. Close to tube station too

Was a bit hot and there were fans but it was quite stuffy at times

I travel around the world and enjoy eating out. Coya has totally wowed me and is now listed among the top 3 eatery around the globe for me! I enjoyed every dish we ate that night. Coya food somehow let your taste buds savor every bite you take. Finding a reservation is tough at this place but if you want to experience an amazing dining night than you have got to make time for Coya.

Food is great, venue is original with an amazing feeling of authenticity as soon as you get in.
The beef filet was just perfectly cooked, perfectly spiced and presented.
Service was good until it was time to pay where we left like we were being kicked out as fast as possible which you don't expect when you pay £300 for a dinner for two.

Great food, but overall a very rushed dining experience for the price, with service very attentive, but a little bit too efficient. First courses placed on our table within minutes of us placing our order, which sadly set the tempo for the rest of our meal. Bill was brought to us apologetically ("my manager has asked me to") 30 minutes before our two hour reservation "window" was over - but it was politely withdrawn after we objected.

I could have possibly had a better experience here, the food was tasty, but I was too distracted by the snobby attitude of the staff. The doorman "greets" you with a violent "do you have a reservation?" and the waitress responds with an aggressive "what?" instead of "excuse me/pardon". It's baffling how a hospitality business that depends on customers having a positive experience would have such neglectful training. I suppose the people of Mayfair enjoy their dinner with a side of abuse.

A joy to dine here...

The service is fantastic, the food is fresh and delicious, and the cocktails are fabulous. The decor and atmosphere adds to the vibe - make sure you come half an hour before, sit at the bar and try their Pisco Sour (original, don't ruin it with any fruit/flavouring). The food is fine, delicious and authentic, with a price tag to match. The most upmarket, vibrant, premier Peruvian restaurant in London without a doubt - good for celebrations/splashing out.
