London, Waterview Drive, Greenwich Peninsula (9 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The lady at the front desk was kind enough to upgrade us to a suite for free. The room was clean and tidy with plenty of space, two separate bathrooms, and a huge dining area. It was great value for money, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time.
The location and the breakfast buffet was the highlight. In terms of quality of the rooms to price ratio, it could be a lot better.
The rooms need to be renovated to live up to the luxurous standards that most guests get experience from other interContinental Hotel locations around the globe- particularly in Asia.
The front desk service was exceptionally professional and wonderful! It felt very personal, like being at home!
Booking a one-bedroom suite with kids was absolutely fantastic, especially with the sea view. The breakfast and pool were big hits with the little ones. Next time we have an event near the O2, we'll definitely book this place again.
A pleasant and clean hotel. So quiet at night! Couldn't fault the room. Breakfast was very slow when ordering from the menu though, it only had 4 dishes yet 25 mins after ordering we had to cancel as we ran out of time to eat it before we had to leave. Very convenient for the O2 in the afternoon and evening. Strangely in the morning the shortcut to the O2 doesn't open til 10 am because the O2 isn't...
The hotel is lovely but cannot cope with the O2 concert traffic. Check in was very poor for an IHG member and the Food and Beverage offer was swamped at bust time. Shout out to the 18th floor bar team who worked their socks off.

Good location in london. Easy walk to Hyde Park and easy walk to shopping. Many good food and restaurants around here. Hotel staff very friendly. Will come back again
My stay from 31 December to 3 January was unfortunately not a very pleasant one. I had hoped to enjoy a nice New Year’s break at the hotel.
The property has a long history and, although it has been renovated, there were several comfort issues. The central air conditioning was extremely noisy, and the windows did not insulate well against the cold or wind. The room felt slightly warmer only when the...
An absolutely fantastic stay! The hotel room was spotless, and the service was warm and attentive. The breakfast spread was especially generous. The hotel is conveniently located right at Hyde Park Corner, with Buckingham Palace and Harrods both about a 15-minute walk away. It's also quite close to other famous attractions like Big Ben, the Houses of Parliament, and Westminster Abbey. Other than the...
London's prices were much higher than expected. The hotel was a bit dated, and the bathroom sink drained incredibly slowly; it took nearly half an hour for the water to clear after washing my face. The location was excellent, right next to Hyde Park, and we also had a nice view from our window. However, at over 4000 a night, it still felt truly exorbitant.
The hotel boasts a good location, right next to Hyde Park, making it convenient to get around (though I felt this was its only strong point). I noticed a significant number of guests were from the Middle East.
On the day of check-in, I arrived at Heathrow on an early morning flight. By the time I took a taxi to the hotel, it was only 9 AM, and I was extremely tired from jet lag. Thankfully, the front...
The room was quite spacious for London. The location was excellent, right next to Hyde Park. Service was decent, with a few minor imperfections, but these were still well within acceptable limits. Otherwise, everything else was fine.

Toilets are small, all hotels facility apart from gym is sublet out to 3rd party.
I wouldn’t stay here again for the price. Staff are friendly, but just better value elsewhere.
Great location tho.
Stayed at the hotel for one night attending a conference. My room was exceptionally clean and furnishings great quality. The bed was very comfortable. I had a great night's sleep. Wish I could have stayed longer.
I paid over 4,000 for a night, and the room was only 20 square meters, extremely small. The front desk even gave me a room that never gets any sun, while the Italians across the hall had a room with great sunlight. Plus, the air conditioning was broken. It was a terrible experience, and the front desk staff were very cold.
excellent location, can walk to most of the tourist spots, also close to the underground so travel is not a problem.
Very helpful staff, good breakfast.
This is a great hotel with an excellent location, offering top-notch service and delicious breakfasts. However, the rooms are very small for a hotel of this caliber. The room amenities, such as power outlets, charging stations, and other small details, feel outdated.
Let's start with the positives: it's close to attractions (Hyde Park), but the room doesn't have a view. The hotel service was five-star. Now for the negatives: the room facilities are old, the desk lamp was crooked; the curtains were broken and couldn't be fully closed; the cabinets were uneven; and the windows had poor soundproofing. It really felt like a 'dilapidated and small' place.

Really enjoyed our stay the staff were amazing. Couple of things the shower screen didn’t fit tight on the bath therefore water went all over the floor, no toilet brush, no water glasses only the ones in the bathroom. Other than that everything was fine. Would recommend. Had lunch it was very nice and the bar in the evening was really nice staff very welcoming. Breakfast lots to choose from.
A good business hotel with good value for money.
Thank you for every single isaw it in Hotel
Special thanks to Abdel

Very nice and comfortable stay.
Great experience from start to finish.
We had a slight issue with the smell of smoke in the room on arrival, but another room was sorted out very quickly,
Great service from the front desk, and a small cake in the room to celebrate our birthdays.
Thank you.
St. James' Court, A Taj Hotel, remains one of London's most elegant retreats. The location is truly second to none—footsteps from Buckingham Palace and the serenity of St. James' Park, yet it feels tucked away from the city's frantic pace.

I went to London during the Spring Festival holiday and stayed at this hotel for 12 days. We had a wonderful stay at the luxurious The May Fair Hotel in London. The room service was absolutely top-notch and surprisingly at a very small service fee compared to many other hotels. Great location. Found the room a little underwhelming for the price.
I had a really great experience with The Mayfair Hotel overall. I originally booked about 9 months in advance on a non-refundable rate, but due to unexpected circumstances I couldn’t travel. Had a great stay, came back to London after a tour around the UK and checked in again. The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance of Kensington Palace, Hyde Park, and the Royal Albert Hall. The bus stop is right outside. This time the experience was much better. The cooling system was much better, helped also by the cold nights outside. If you have a problem with the cooling I strongly recommend changing rooms.

This hotel has a really premium feel to it. The location is superb; you can take the Piccadilly Line from Heathrow Airport, get off at Russell Square, and the hotel is less than 100 meters away. Even with a large suitcase, it's easily manageable. It's also very close to the British Museum.
My single room, while not huge, was perfectly adequate, and I could fully open my 23-inch suitcase. The amenities...
The location is unbeatable, and the public areas are beautiful. It was the smallest room I've ever stayed in. In London, location isn't really that important because the subway system is so developed. I'd advise against it, I really would.
The room was clean and tidy, the location was excellent, and the facilities were comprehensive. It's very close to the British Museum, within walking distance. The overall architectural style is quite unique, and the breakfast was abundant. They even provided complimentary snacks and milk. It was all about the experience.
The hotel boasts an excellent location, directly across from Russell Square, and the British Museum is within walking distance. Transportation is incredibly convenient, with a subway station nearby. The hotel's cleanliness and service are both very good, and the breakfast is decent.
## Facilities
The facilities are compact but well-appointed. For a hotel housed in an older building, they are quite good. There's no heated toilet seat, and the shower is over the bathtub, but the bed itself was wonderfully soft and comfortable.
## Cleanliness

The hotel is a beautiful late-Victorian building, intricately designed yet retaining a stately elegance. It stands quietly on the street corner, as if frozen in time.

The hotel was almost empty — at breakfast in the mornings there were no more than three tables occupied at the same time — yet we were assigned the furthest corner room, which felt more like a narrow corridor than a proper hotel room. The view overlooked a dirty rooftop. Given the low occupancy, it was obvious that the hotel had the option to offer a more comfortable room.

The room was incredibly small; once the luggage was in, there was barely any space left to move around. The welcome experience was non-existent, and the separate restaurant had no staff in the morning. When running hot water, the room made a sharp, screeching noise. London hotels have a common problem, expensive and small, a very ordinary hotel, but generally quiet and ok to sleep. Breakfast is ordinary and ok, hotel service is ok, if you ask, they will be very nice to help you answer.

For this price in my home country, I could stay in a luxurious, high-end hotel. But in London, you shouldn't have such high expectations. The value for money isn't great, but then again, you can't be too demanding when you're abroad.
The location is great as it is right on Liverpool street tube and rail station. Room design is trying to be chic modern but the fixtures are starting to look worn out. The room I had looked inside the courtyard and was dark. And the shower floor was very slippery so had to be careful. With the price don’t think i will stay here again.
